Don't use this service. don't go there. They are stealing our personal items from our cars. My Bank of America checkbook and expensive perfume were stolen from my car today. And it's an official Volvo service!

Wow, so I leased this car in MAY. Yesterday -- it's now SEPTEMBER -- I got a notice from the DMV saying I was late paying my registration on my old car I traded in to Volvo, AND owe a late fee. Volvo bought my old car from me in MAY. THEY NEVER FILED ANY OF THE PAPERWORK. I am so freaking tired of this. Never in my life have I encountered the LEVEL OF COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE AND NEGLIGENCE as in the title and license "department" of this dealership. My 8 year old could do better. I posted already. I am still waiting for the service manager to call me back. Maybe Priscilla did not give them the message? Although she was very clear that they would call me when they have time. I will call my salesman and will have to go to another dealer for volvo. They are nice only if you are buying a car.

The worst dealership. Bunch of liars. They didnt want to send the paperwork to dmv after 2 months of purchasing vehicles. Finally did after many phone calls. They dont even answer tour phone calls after selling you the vehicles .

Their customer service is less than ideal. The times I've had to take my car here, I end up having to repeatedly call and hassle them about when I can pick it up/updates in general. Last time, I dropped my car off for an issue that I just wanted checked out to see what the problem was. They said it would take 2-3 days to repair and it ended up being there for 7 days. Pros: friendly Cons: unreliable, does not follow through on agreements Two stars because someone was able to help us quickly and effectively in the end. A word of caution to buyers expecting a seamless experience particular for luxury car prices. We came to look at the V60 recharge and the staff were very accommodating and friendly at the time. On our prior Volvo, service had always been fine and attentive but management would not support the customer on a new car issue with the new electric. Manager was curt, rude and uncaring.

Bunch of funny #s thrown around to try to give you what you want to hear. They literally say one thing (ok, we'll change the price to xxx, and then move the same $$ into another surprise location) and do another. Look, if you're going to buy a car, its going to cost $$. If you're going to buy a Volvo, it will come at a premium. Anyone walking in the door knows that. Liar, liar pants on fire. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I have a leased vehicle through your location and recently I've been having brake and software problems. You all told me that brakes weren't covered under my lease and you were going to charge me thousands of dollars to fix this issue.
