The worst dealership. Bunch of liars. They didnt want to send the paperwork to dmv after 2 months of purchasing vehicles. Finally did after many phone calls. They dont even answer tour phone calls after selling you the vehicles .

Their customer service is less than ideal. The times I've had to take my car here, I end up having to repeatedly call and hassle them about when I can pick it up/updates in general. Last time, I dropped my car off for an issue that I just wanted checked out to see what the problem was. They said it would take 2-3 days to repair and it ended up being there for 7 days. Pros: friendly Cons: unreliable, does not follow through on agreements Two stars because someone was able to help us quickly and effectively in the end. A word of caution to buyers expecting a seamless experience particular for luxury car prices. We came to look at the V60 recharge and the staff were very accommodating and friendly at the time. And quick to take our deposit on our order, while explaining that it could be easily refunded if we changed our minds since there was certainty as to when the car would arrive. ... read more

On our prior Volvo, service had always been fine and attentive but management would not support the customer on a new car issue with the new electric. Manager was curt, rude and uncaring.

Bunch of funny #s thrown around to try to give you what you want to hear. They literally say one thing (ok, we'll change the price to xxx, and then move the same $$ into another surprise location) and do another. Look, if you're going to buy a car, its going to cost $$. If you're going to buy a Volvo, it will come at a premium. Anyone walking in the door knows that. Liar, liar pants on fire. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I have a leased vehicle through your location and recently I've been having brake and software problems. You all told me that brakes weren't covered under my lease and you were going to charge me thousands of dollars to fix this issue. I also had several issue with my software and I've taken my car in to your location several times to be serviced and you told me there's nothing that could be done to fix it. Recently bought a car from them. The Sales Mgr had errantly taken the primary key home(?). But, no worries! He'd "bring it back tomorrow and we'll overnight it to you." That was on Sunday. No key as of Th so we called SM Volvo (we had to call them) only to learn the mgr had apparently lost the key. Really? Nobody's that stupid. We half-joked that since he was only 20 min away on Sunday someone should go get the key from him. A service-oriented business would've done that. Got my car serviced and told them I would pick it up at 4:30. I got there at 5:00 and paid and waited for them to retrieve my car. I waited for fifteen minutes and when I went back and checked, they told me it's at an overflow lot and they needed to send someone to pick it up. The guy left AFTER I had followed up. I literally waited for 40 minutes after I paid just to get possession of my car. Not thrilled.

I'm not sure this dealership even deserves one star. I had a lease that was due in March but My baby is also due in March and I thought it would be a great idea to switch cars in the middle of December so I can spend the last couple months of my pregnancy worry free.
