Greatest service ever! Car issue suddenly happened at a carpark. Drove straight to Volvo Service in Santa Monica and Robert was fantastic. He took the car in straight away and within an hour, I had it back - fixed without charge. Love Volvo
I had to bring my Volvo XC90 in for service and worked with Ken Lam. He was very knowledgeable, kept me in the loop via text, finished working on my car same day and personally delivered my Volvo back to me when it was ready. You can't get better service! Five stars.

A few months ago, I was bequeathed a lovely XC90 which had been serviced here for the past several years. One day I found a nail in one of the tires and brought it in to get it checked out. Unfortunately, the nail was embedded near the edge of the tire which meant that it must be entirely replaced for safety. At the time, the specific tire wasn't in stock. I had a very positive experience purchasing my used V60 at Volvo of Santa Monica. Tony Towns and Mike Upham were excellent salesmen. They listened well to what I was looking for and gave good advice to help me find the best car for my needs. I'm very particular and they were patient with the time it took for me to test the cars. Took my new 2019 Volvo XC60 in to have a small protective chrome accessory installed on my rear bumper, I had no appointment. Robert Munoz, the asst service mgr, was very nice and helpful, asked a tech to look at my car, squeezed me in on the spot, had my car washed, installed the accessory at no charge and I was out in 30 minutes, all in, free of charge. Thank you Robert for the great service, I'll be back for my next scheduled service.
I went to the service center because two of my screws were stuck on my license plate and I couldn't put my plate on. They changed my plate, put new screws, and surprised me with a car wash. Great service center, really appreciated Ken's help!
