Definitely coming back. I took my XC90 for service and was the best one by far. Robert Munoz took care of everything very fast, honest guy. Excellent customer service and the place looks very nice.

I have used Volvo of SM on a number of ocasions for regular service. I've been totally satisfied. Robert Muñoz in particular has been great to work with. Super nice guy, really helpful, just all around great service.
My husband and I were really unhappy with the service at Volvo Culver City so we decided to switch to Santa Monica. Best decision! The customer service is outstanding here! Robert went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of including my rental for the day. They really care about their customers and quality of service here.
Great experience leasing my new S60 T8! I wasn't planning on getting a new car today, but lo and behold, salesman SAM YUN and manager MICHAEL GIORGIO made the experience so comfortable and positive, I was happy to work out a deal with them. I had to use the Service Department for regular maintenance, some software updates and replacement of an interior part, which was broken by my neighborhood car wash. Robert Munos provided an outstanding experience, everything from scheduling, accommodations, swiftly ordering the part and the timing was great. I am glad the Service Department is as good as the sales team.
Greatest service ever! Car issue suddenly happened at a carpark. Drove straight to Volvo Service in Santa Monica and Robert was fantastic. He took the car in straight away and within an hour, I had it back - fixed without charge. Love Volvo
I had to bring my Volvo XC90 in for service and worked with Ken Lam. He was very knowledgeable, kept me in the loop via text, finished working on my car same day and personally delivered my Volvo back to me when it was ready. You can't get better service! Five stars.
