The Volvo team at this location was incredibly helpful and responsive. They were a pleasure to work with and respected my requirements with regard to price. I never felt pressured in any way. My sales person John was super communicative and kept me up to date with the car availability. And the manager, Michael, did everything he could to make sure that me and my family drove off with the exact car we were looking for! This was the best car dealership experience I've ever had - by far.

I have used Volvo of SM on a number of ocasions for regular service. I've been totally satisfied. Robert Muñoz in particular has been great to work with. Super nice guy, really helpful, just all around great service.

Great experience leasing my new S60 T8! I had to use the Service Department for regular maintenance, some software updates and replacement of an interior part, which was broken by my neighborhood car wash. Robert Munos provided an outstanding experience, everything from scheduling, accommodations, swiftly ordering the part and the timing was great. I am glad the Service Department is as good as the sales team.
