Service: took my car into Santa Monica Volvo on Friday. The salesman, Albert, was very kind and went through all the items for my 4 yr service on my car. Albert kept me informed via text as to the timing of my repairs and gave me a call when he found the ultimate price. Since I drive a lot for work, my car is important, so taking care of my car is important. Albert worked with me to ensure that I received a fair price and was able to pick my car up same day. Really appreciate Albert's help. Thank you!
Robert is an great service advisor. I've been coming here for 3 years to get my xc60 serviced and Robert and Johnny have always been professional, responsive, and accommodating. Robert is always thorough and explains, in detail, what was done in the servicing of my car. I appreciate his honesty, kindness, and excellent customer service and will continue to bring my car to Santa Monica Volvo, when it needs servicing.
I use these guys for my volvo and man when i say they're amazing responsive and extremely thorough i mean it! Robert my service advisor is the best in the business never wondered what was going on with my car he kept me updated every step of the way till i got my car back so if you need quick service with extreme accuracy call Robert!
Robert in the service department was great. My Volvo was acting up, had check engine light on. He call me back the same day with diagnosis and I was able to get my car back in 2 days. Price is fair for my family safety. Thanks again.

I took my car in for service because I was getting wierd messages on my computer screen .. turns out I needed new batteries ! Robert Munoz took care of me and did a great job of explaining to me how this happens ..even returned the car to me an hour early which I really needed. The best experience I've had at a service shop. They answer on the first call and are really accommodating with appointments. The manager (Robert?) is super helpful and took the time to explain how my warranted worked and how to get the most value from it. Highly recommend!
