The best experience I've had at a service shop. They answer on the first call and are really accommodating with appointments. The manager (Robert?) is super helpful and took the time to explain how my warranted worked and how to get the most value from it. Highly recommend!
I took my car in for service and Robert made the entire process simple and quick. I was given a loaner vehicle for entire duration. He kept me up to date on the status of the repairs. I would highly recommend working with him
I took my car in for service this morning. Robert was accommodating, and patient, explaining everything. He went above and beyond to ensure I received my car that day and that I had adequate transportation to and from the dealership. It is because of service like this, that I always choose to bring my Volvo to this dealership even though it is a drive away.
My wife came home with a giant metal spike in the tire of her XC90 and I had to get the tire fixed quickly. I callled the local Volvo dealership in Santa Monica and I am so grateful that Robert and Johnny were able to quickly take care of the issue for me even though some folks had to stay past closing to get it done for me. They even found a way to work on the pricing a bit which I greatly appreciated. Great service at Volvo of Santa Monica. Thank you Robert and Johnny for saving the day!
These guys are always fast and communicative. Had a couple issues with a leased car and they took care of them quick. The service guys are nice and trustworthy. Let Robert and Klaus take care of you, and you'll be in good hands
After I accidentally totaled my boyfriends Volvo the insurance totally low balled the payout because they said he did not have the premium package and that they would need proof. We visited Volvo of Santa Monica where we were greeted by a handsome salesman name Hunter he helped us out and was able to get us a copy of the original sticker that matched our vin! I highly recommend this establishment they are very quick professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again Hunter
I know car dealerships can be icky but my experience here was thankfully ick-free. Jesus and Saad were both rockstars. They were super informed, low key, authentic and helpful. If you are looking at a Volvo, connect with these guys.
Sales: I leased my 2017 XC60 here and the process was swift. When it was almost time to turn in my lease I had already looked into getting a 19' XC90. This review is only for the service department. I've come here twice since purchasing my Volvo XC90 and every team member throughout the service process was amazing. I will continue to come here as long as I own a Volvo. Ask for Robert and he will take care of you.
