Had a great experience with Albert in the service department who helped get an appointment set up and completed within a pretty tight window of time and was super easy to deal with. Thanks to the whole team over there.

I really love this dealership and the service that I've been provided here a couple times now. Specifically, Robert is outstanding!I had two busted tires with a very short time frame I could be without my car, and Robert really jumped through hoops to find these very specific tires and get my car perfectly back up and running within a few hours. Fantastic communication all around. I highly recommend this dealership, and you'll be in wonderful hands if you're lucky enough to work with Robert!
My man Albert Masihi in service helped me out from start to finish. In the past, I've had service work at various other dealerships, but this one has been my best experience by far!
the service dept of robert and klaus are always extremely helpful and get my car back to me in record time and washed and vacuumed. last week i had an electronic nightmare with my hydraulic suspension and they told me to come in right away even though they were beyond busy they got my car back to me in 1.5 days. thank you guys as always great job

If you go to Santa Monica Volvo , ask for Laynee. She is by far the best person I have ever dealt with in my experience of purchasing a car. She was responsive, proactive, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. She went out of her way to get me the best price possible as well as accommodating all my questions as well as certain issues that came up during the purchase of the car. I had an appointment with Robert Muños for an oil change, When I got there he did the standard walk around and popped the hood of my car open to take a look at the inside of the engine. Upon inspection he noticed that some of the wires were chewed on he called me over and showed me that rats had been eating my cables and parts of my car. Robert fixed the problem and helped me out with the process of fixing the rat issues. Thank you Robert you're Amazing and extremely informative advisor.
