I had an appointment with Robert Muños for an oil change, When I got there he did the standard walk around and popped the hood of my car open to take a look at the inside of the engine. Upon inspection he noticed that some of the wires were chewed on he called me over and showed me that rats had been eating my cables and parts of my car. Robert fixed the problem and helped me out with the process of fixing the rat issues. Thank you Robert you're Amazing and extremely informative advisor.
Service: took my car into Santa Monica Volvo on Friday. The salesman, Albert, was very kind and went through all the items for my 4 yr service on my car. Albert kept me informed via text as to the timing of my repairs and gave me a call when he found the ultimate price. Since I drive a lot for work, my car is important, so taking care of my car is important. Albert worked with me to ensure that I received a fair price and was able to pick my car up same day. Robert is an great service advisor. I've been coming here for 3 years to get my xc60 serviced and Robert and Johnny have always been professional, responsive, and accommodating. Robert is always thorough and explains, in detail, what was done in the servicing of my car. I took my car in for service because I was getting wierd messages on my computer screen .. turns out I needed new batteries !
