Can't say enough about the patience, care and meticulous detailed service I got from Saad at Volvo Cars of Santa Monica. After i got the car he PERSONALLY spent over and hour showing me exactly how everything worked and interfaced. Then the bonus is I got a safe great new car!!

I live 3 miles from different Volvo dealer but after a not-so-great experience with them, I decided to give the Santa Monica dealer a try. My XC40 Recharge had a cracked sunroof panel and my HVAC system was making a clicking noise when the heat turned on. Robert, my service advisor, was super friendly and helpful. He advised me what day was best to bring my car in for service due to them being short-staffed. I was not even considering a Volvo, until someone from Edmunds.com recommended the Volvo XC60. I was blown away by the quality of the car, the performance, and aesthetics. the salesman, Hunter Yerks, was very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. the entire purchase process was very smooth.

After being given the run around at the dealership where we purchased the car (Galpin), the helpful folks at Volvo Santa Monica spent the time to help us get what we needed to fully utilize the vehicles bells and whistles. I will definitely be heading back there to purchase my next car based on their customer service alone. Thanks John for all if your help!

We bought out new S60 here. We had looked at other dealerships but ran into limited selection, limited interest on the part of sales staff and we couldn't find the right car. Santa Monica had the exact car we wanted. The process was simple, the sales, management and financing staff were knowledgeable, professional and personable. No dealership is going to give their cars away, but we received a greater discount on sticker price than two other dealerships were willing to offer. I just got my first Volvo, Rachel and Lambert at Santa Monica Volvo were great. Rachel was patient after I kept rejecting every color and trim she showed me until we found the right one. She went through and explained all the features of the car in detail and put up with my excessive questions, and she is funny as well as a fellow East Coaster!
