Do not buy a car here ! They do not care about you, their customer, at all! We bought a used car here for my 16yo daughter. We thought buying from a dealership would be safer- wrong! The car starts about 25% of the time. My poor daughter is constantly stranded and we have to go pick her up. This dealership won't even return our calls. They do not care and believe that this is our problem. Amazon and Target have better customer service than this garbage establishment. Go to another dealership- there are plenty.
I've been coming here because I had bought the Toyota care plus package and this dealership was closer than Concord. Today I had such a bad experience I won't be continuing my oil changes here. I was told my Toyota Care Plus had ended, even though I received no notice, phone call or email notifying me. That's not the dealers fault but they were willing to give my car an oil change for free. Want to provide an update. Sold my car for $22.4k today. Versus Toyota Berkeley's offer of $17k (when I explicitly told them BEFORE I came in that I wouldn't take less than $21k; they told me to come in anyways since Toyota of Berkeley is "aggressive" and "competitive") Nobody beats Berkeley, what a joke. Again, if you're selling your car, avoid Toyota of Berkeley. If you are buying a car, get a Tesla or Polestar to avoid dealerships. If you can't avoid dealerships, get a Kia or Hyundai. Took our Toyota in for a routine check up for the first time in this dealership location. They've tried to sell extra insurance and services, but unlike Toyota Main, they don't even wash the car after the service. Drought? Why can they use the recycled water!
Worst of the worst customer service ever! Both manager (Rudy) and sales person(Jaes)! They wouldn't let you test drive the car unless you decide you want to purchase it! Sales guy giving BS reasons that inventory is low and can't allow test drive! What kind of BS excuse is that!! When I called the day before to make an appointment for test drive, I specifically told Rudy I wanted to test drive a hybrid so I can decide for a new 2022 highlander. worst car service place i have seen. very negative and mean people work there. josh the manager has attitude and bad manners. the rest of the service people who work there are not reactive to questions. bad service and disgusting that this business even exists. i regret interacting with them. save yourself time, money and energy and go somewhere else.

This place is scam. They called me today and said they will buy my car with a fix price without seeing the car and when I spend so much time to drive there, they offered me less than half of that price. If I knew that would be their offer, I wouldn't waste my time to drive there

This location really deserves zero stars. When I called a month ago to find out how much it would cost to replace my windshield, the man from the service department said it would cost $1,080. I thought that was pretty steep, but also understandable considering the sensors and all that stuff on new cars. I agreed to drop off the car and have the windshield replaced.
