Read as 3.51. My car broke down on the freeway the day before we left for Hawaii last month. I've been to this dealer once for my car when it needed a taillight replaced and once when I was looking to replace my driver side sun visor. The taillight was straightforward, albeit expensive. The woman working in the parts department was incredibly helpful, finding the part number for the sun visor and giving me leads on finding the replacement. I experienced amazing customer service here, and would highly recommend it to anyone! I made an appointment to look at a beautiful blue Prius plug-in hybrid with Pete, who was very kind and pleasant to work with. Since this was my first car buying experience, I was nervous he was going to try to sell me all these different accessories and add-ons, but that didn't happen once. Great service! Helped my mom get the car she wanted, made sure we got the best rate, and kept in touch to make sure we were happy after purchase. Would recommend to all my friends, the no hassle customer service made things very easy and less stressful.

Definitely referring my friends and family at this location if you are looking to buy used cars! Had the pleasure of working with Pete (sales), Rudy (sales manager) and Lauren (Finance Manager) and let me tell you this team goes above and beyond to making sure you are getting the best deal! Paperwork was a breeze but thorough and the team helped me get a better APR that originally what I was pre-approved for. That action convinced me enough that they are willing to do whatever it takes to take care of you!

Yesterday, out in the woods on Point Reyes, my Prius wouldn't start. After several tries it started but without AC or half of the dash readout. Driving home, I called Service Mgr. Ben Lopez who thought it was the auxiliary battery (which it was) and said if I could get it to them before closing, they'd fit me in on an emergency basis the next day. I got a call at 2:30 today. The car was ready and since I had no wheels, they'd send a courtesy ride to get me. These folks really don't deserve the lousy ratings they've gotten ... read more

I purchased my very first vehicle here at Toyota of Berkeley. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service at this dealership. I originally spoke and test drove my new vehicle with Sam. been taking my Highlander here for ten years. I like the good work they always do on my car, which just turned over 105,000 without anything but maintenance, brake re-lining. No major repairs at all. I like the competent, courteous, customer service people (but they need to hire a woman too); the reliable shuttle service, the coffee in the waiting room.
