DO NOT BUY ANY USED CARS (OTHER THAN TOYOTA) AT THIS DEALER!!!!! You're warned!!!!! Even they offer you 2 extra years warranty or lower price. There is reason and here is why. Sales Team: will sweet talk you (as all dealers do) and try to sell the cars as fast as they can. The worst dealers is more then 20 percent expensiver for the parts really bad service and very expensive and I if there was 0 stars I give them 0 stars I have problem with my return they never fixed I wise almost 3 days and call them they don't know what they do finally I we'll file small claims to the court agents them

I have to say this is unforgettably terrible experience maintenance this time, before I went to walnut creek Toyota center where I get a professional service there. However, here is not professional at all. 1.I have a waiting appointment at first and was told will be in 1h30mins. So I wait but at the pickup time they haven't started it at all. 2. There are only 2 engineers here(at least that I only see), not a team. 3. A old coffee machine, only! 4. Super Slow WiFi

DO NOT GO HERE AND WORK WITH FARID! We saw a USED Lexus online and called prior to driving from San Jose all the way to Berkeley and he assured us the car was there. We finally get up there and he tells us the car just sold and that he didn't call us so we can see newer cars and we told him are you kidding we came here specifically for that car and he replied "it's not everyday you buy a new car splurg on it" to which I replied I was aware you controlled my finnaces or what I should spend on a car. We took our 2012 Prius there once or twice, and then we took it in for the 90,000 mile service. Where they said it will cost $1,100. Nothing is wrong with the car. No damage, no warning lights, tires, brakes, all working well. But they said it will cost more because working on the car will be considered "hazardous conditions" due to the poor conditions of the highway. I bought a 2015 Toyota Highlander from Albany Toyota in the end of December. It was the car I was looking for and didn't want to hassle haggling on price or what they were willing to pay me for my trade-in. The process went smoothly and the salesman was cordial. Again horrible and bad service!!!! So 3 days before I schadule appointment for service and that day I let them know that I'm going to pick up the car before 3 pm to go to work , so my appointment at 10 30 am I was there 30 minute before to save time that what the ladie who I spoke what she side if you come early that better. Won't be back. Just moved to the area and need to find a good Toyota service center for our Prius. I'm always weary of places that "recommend" a bunch of service beyond what Toyota calls for. This place did. And the guy at the counter was purposefully unclear and kept trying to change the subject when I asked if it was recommended by Toyota or them. I had just recently purchased my Toyota corolla from another dealership that was not Toyota, and all I needed was for the keys that came with the car to be programmed. As soon as I get there the advisor was extremely rude saying that I needed the official registration and that they would not be able to do it until finally he decides to listen to what I am actually there for.
