We took our 2012 Prius there once or twice, and then we took it in for the 90,000 mile service. Where they said it will cost $1,100. Nothing is wrong with the car. No damage, no warning lights, tires, brakes, all working well. But they said it will cost more because working on the car will be considered "hazardous conditions" due to the poor conditions of the highway. I bought a 2015 Toyota Highlander from Albany Toyota in the end of December. It was the car I was looking for and didn't want to hassle haggling on price or what they were willing to pay me for my trade-in. The process went smoothly and the salesman was cordial. Again horrible and bad service!!!! So 3 days before I schadule appointment for service and that day I let them know that I'm going to pick up the car before 3 pm to go to work , so my appointment at 10 30 am I was there 30 minute before to save time that what the ladie who I spoke what she side if you come early that better. Won't be back. Just moved to the area and need to find a good Toyota service center for our Prius. I'm always weary of places that "recommend" a bunch of service beyond what Toyota calls for. This place did. And the guy at the counter was purposefully unclear and kept trying to change the subject when I asked if it was recommended by Toyota or them. I had just recently purchased my Toyota corolla from another dealership that was not Toyota, and all I needed was for the keys that came with the car to be programmed. As soon as I get there the advisor was extremely rude saying that I needed the official registration and that they would not be able to do it until finally he decides to listen to what I am actually there for. Super lame. I recently bought a 2015 Rav4 from a dealer in Fairfield that came only with 1 key. I called this local dealer THREE TIMES to verify that they had keys in stock to cut me two more. I asked specifically for pricing and availability of the "valet" keys that are cheaper--the key that still has the black end, but doesn't auto open and close the car from a distance. I am going in and revising this review because I don't want undue negativity floating out in the universe. I've tried to tone it down some. The assistant manager, Ben Lopez is probably not a bad guy. I am extremely disappointed with this location. I have brought my car here many times before and things have been fine, however this week it was a complete mess. I initially made an appointment online stating what was going on with my car window as well as just wanting an oil change. I arrived Monday morning to find out that their electrician wasn't in so they couldn't work on my window.
