Oil change = perfect. I was going to get my oil changed at a highly rated (on Yelp) oil and smog check shop in Berkeley. But when I got there, they wanted to charge me $100 for the oil change. So I called the dealership to check on what's a fair price. The dealer said they would do it for $59.00 Next day I took my van to Toyota in Albany (by the Target store). They were super great. I have to drive further to have my vehicles serviced at this Toyota Service department, but it has definitely proven to be worth it. Ben the service writer has always been very integral and gone above and beyond in service, he himself will keep me to continue bringing my vehicles here for services. Thanks, to a great dealership and Thanks to Ben.

Always prefer to go to this Toyota auto repair. It seems like it has more open slots throughout the week and it's a great location. In addition, they're always willing to work with my time preferences (i.e. if I need to get the car within a certain time) when they can.

I've taken my 15-years-old Camry to here for the past four years for 90,000 mile maintenance, for complete exhaust replacement, for powered window problem, etc... The service staff aren't the most courteous and this place is pretty expensive. But I like the quality job they do on my car. After being disappointed by so many small car repair shops repetitively, I decided to stop cutting the corners and give my car the treatment it deserves. I had a good experience getting a recall performed here after having bad experiences elsewhere. The service team was nice and responsive, and helped me figure out what was absolutely needed to keep my car running. I'll continue taking Toyota's here, even though it is slightly out of the way.

The folks working here have always been very professional and friendly. Plus, I can get a free ride back when I leave my car to get serviced. Also, a special callout to Josh who was awesome for staying a little past closing just so I could pick my car back up. Thank you for going that extra mile, truly appreciate it!

Fast friendly service. I went to this dealership with a specific car in mind, and very specific needs to be met if I were to purchase a car that day. I was driving away in my new car in less than two hours, with the price and payments that I wanted. No hassle at all. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone.
