This was my first visit with my RAV for scheduled maintenance at the Albany Location. JD made me feel comfortable and confident in leaving my car in their hands. The job was explained to me in detail, by JD and when I went to pick it up everything was exactly as he said. Very nice experience and I will be back to this location moving forward. I recently took my car to Toyota of Berkeley. JD Zou was there to greet me when I arrived and was friendly and very professional. Unfortunately, our insurance adjuster was completely unresponsive. What should have taken a few days stretched out more than a month with no authorization from Progressive Insurance. JD was unbelievably helpful, responsive, and in fact quite proactive. He didn't let the ball drop once throughout the long process. Thank you, JD!
I brought my prius in for repairs last week. JD, the service manager, was really helpful and efficient. To be perfectly honest I didn't expect such a high level of service but that was exactly what I received. (Great service and help.) I was in and out in one day and the work was great. Thank you JD.

I've always had very used cars in the past and my most recent car was done for. I was paying money for ubers to get to work and stressing to find rides places, but when I came here they helped me get the best car I've ever had and it was a pretty simple and easy process.
