Stopped in to get help to set up my new RAV4. Jas took time to help. He was courteous, personable, knowledgeable and very patient. Jas Singh is Toyota's great advertisement. I wish I had bought the car from him.
My experience was smooth and easy Jas was very professional and very helpful made the whole experience easy and quick.Customer service was very good Jas has great communication skills. Was in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend Toyota of Berkeley Jas was great help and great person I would recommend him at Toyota Of Berkeley if anyone needs help.
I bought a 2019 Rav 4 a few weeks ago from there. I enjoyed my experience and will be back. Jas and Melissa were both great, helpful, and informative. I would recommend those 2 and the shop to anyone looking to buy a car.

My partner and I went in yesterday to purchase one of their advertised used RAV4 hybrids, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. Politely welcomed without any hard sells, encouraged to do a test drive immediately, provided knowledgeable and friendly assistance by Jaswinder Singh, and clearly walked through the purchase by Melissa. Highly recommend! And we're loving the car, one day in.
I stopped by to have someone help me with the battery for my Toyota Prius key which was running low. I had called beforehand and spoke to a friendly helpful person but when I stopped by he had gone on lunch and I couldn't get anyone else to help me until 40 min later so I just ended up leaving, but not before someone else told me how to replace the battery and recommended I go to Walgreens to pick up the battery. Walgreens was all out of it so I ended up getting it on Amazon. I liked how this place had several parking spots.
