I brought my Toyota in to the Toyota of Berkeley's I-80 Junction location in Albany a few times while I was living in California. The workers were very knowledgable and friendly and helped me find workable solutions to some of the not so major problems with my car. One example is that my radio was having static with occasional bursts of sound making it through, but not working for the most part. Just went to this location in Albany and I received thee BEST service! I want to shout out Michelle in the parts department and Jasmine in the service department! The two of them really made my visit so easy breezy and enjoyable! I needed to purchase coolant and a new battery for my key and Michelle was on it! I had a very good experience with this Toyota dealership. The service adviser, Jose Ochoa was very professional and went above and beyond to meet my request for services needed for the used car I purchased. I am very happy for the incredible service, customized to meet my needs, fair pricing, and best of all, people who I can trust. I bought a car from them. Rudy was really nice to explain me everything clearly and providing excellent service. The guy at the finance Jose Ochoa will definitely try to sell things and if you don't buy , he will start calling you CHEAP,stupid and will start being super rude to you.

Yesterday, I had the best car buying experience of my life. In all, I have purchased 5 cars. After much research, I knew exactly what type of car I wanted, how many miles it could have on it, and how much I wanted to pay for it. Then I started looking online. Bought a used car there this weekend. Tyler was incredibly helpful and provided great service. He made the experience very seamless and made himself available for any and all questions. I was not thrilled to get home to discover the tail light was out after being told the car had been through a very thorough inspection but perhaps it wasn't dark yet. Otherwise great experience so far...

I just purchased a used 2015 Toyota Rav 4 with this dealership and with the help of Tyler, Aj and Lauren it was as painless as could be. They were patient with me, honest and upfront when things were noticed with the used car that I hadn't seen, and worked with me to make the total price and monthly payment both things that I was comfortable with before sealing the deal.
