I bought a car from them. Rudy was really nice to explain me everything clearly and providing excellent service. The guy at the finance Jose Ochoa will definitely try to sell things and if you don't buy , he will start calling you CHEAP,stupid and will start being super rude to you.

Yesterday, I had the best car buying experience of my life. In all, I have purchased 5 cars. After much research, I knew exactly what type of car I wanted, how many miles it could have on it, and how much I wanted to pay for it. Then I started looking online. Bought a used car there this weekend. Tyler was incredibly helpful and provided great service. He made the experience very seamless and made himself available for any and all questions. I was not thrilled to get home to discover the tail light was out after being told the car had been through a very thorough inspection but perhaps it wasn't dark yet. Otherwise great experience so far...

I just purchased a used 2015 Toyota Rav 4 with this dealership and with the help of Tyler, Aj and Lauren it was as painless as could be. They were patient with me, honest and upfront when things were noticed with the used car that I hadn't seen, and worked with me to make the total price and monthly payment both things that I was comfortable with before sealing the deal. The service at Toyota of Berkeley Albany is fantastic. I was fortunate enough to have Ben Lopez as my Service Advisor. He met me as soon as I pulled in, explained the service needed, the pick up time and called to inform me of the charges for the service needed. The person who made my appointment for me was pleasant and efficient. I would not go any place else.

My partner and I purchased a used Yaris here. Sam, AJ, and Simon were all very helpful. There were a few minor defects with the used car (e.g., missing headrest), and they made it right at no extra charge when selling us the car. Been driving the car for a little over a month now, and it's going strong. Thanks guys!

I got a flat tire on the freeway and pulled into the Toyota dealership to ask if they could put on the spare. Without asking if I was a regular customer, the tire was changed in 15 minutes with no charge. Great customer service!!
