Purchasing a vehicle there was perfectly fine. But I wouldn't recommend servicing it there. The first time I took it in for an oil change was because I had gotten a $20 credit when I purchased my vehicle. I was floored when my total still came out to about $20 out of pocket since that is my normal garage's price. This past week I had my vehicle in for warranty work. I had a leak in my tire. I started to take it to Belle Tire but decided to go to Taylor Ford. While relaxing in the customer waiting room Tom came back to inform me that the tire was ruined by a nail in the side wall. but not to worry. He found that I had gotten tire insurance when I got the car. He contacted them and got it authorized. All I had to do is sit there and watch TV.

Terrible service. Brought my car in a week ago to be looked at and get the works package. Not only did they not look at the problem which I didn’t mind paying the fee for but on the diagnostic for the car they said my battery was good, Which in fact I knew was bad because of previous work somewhere else. So not only did they lie on the sheet, now I don’t think they did anything otherwise. I have had my car for a year and a half and I have had nothing but problems with it and this dealership. To start I had a horrible wobble with my car, so I took it in and they told me to wait in the waiting room and they would come get me when they figured the problem out. Very poor service. I'm done, won't go back. It took 2 hours for an oil change while their employees were laughing, talking and texting. In those 2 hours, I think they did 4 cars. Unbelievable.

Worst service ever!! had metal in my tire waited 3 hours for them to fix it asked the girl waiting on me if they are giving me a free oil change for waiting so long she says we paid for your tire lmao I think I'm paying for it every month with the tire insurance!!!!!

This dealership is engaging in VERY disingenuous business practices, and the dozens of 1-star reviews here seem to attest to that to some extent. When asked to honor their supposed " 2 year warranty" on a $3,000 turbocharger installed by them just a year ago, they originally denied having ever worked on the vehicle and claimed to know nothing of doing thr work. I presented them a receipt. They then claimed they could not match the serial number on the part to their original work. After 2 days, they did. Now, having z... read more

Funny how paint bubbles on a four year old vehicle that I meticulously maintain and surprise!!! Warranty is 3 years/36,000 miles. Think it's time to switch to Chevy. Not the first time I've had issues with Ford. Done dealing with this cheap company.
