Just picked up my car after they had it for 5 days. Got it home to find a big screw from a car body in the tire. Called them and they told me there are a lot of thing laying in the road and they would have to look at it before they would fix it at no charge. Won’t be back there
feel like I got TAKEN, thought I took a good look at.truck when I came and test drove it after buying it being around it I saw some imperfections in paint on passenger bottom of the bed like it had been repaired a bad repair because it is dull and also scratches (I like to hand wash my cars ANDTHATS WHEN I SEEN.but.wasnt able to DO SOONER becouse of weather.)I thought were scuffs but later found that whoever had truck before me used some type of paint to cover the deep scratches and there are other concerns about this truck ... read more

They could hire professionals that really want to do their job. I had an appointment with Jamie Miller to turn in a leased 2017 Edge for a 2019 Edge. I explained what I was looking for, so we walked the lot. Hardly any inventory. She said, there just isn’t any 2019 Edges out there. She also told me that the ST only comes in the blue. My parents leased a truck from Taylor Ford. After they both got sick and were hardly able to drive the truck anymore Fords was unwilling to let them out of their lease. They only had 3 months left. Seriously Fords is that hard up for money.

My 18 yr old son bought his first car here while on leave from the marines. Before he left the lot there were issues with the radio, which they fixed and he appreciates. He was not allowed at that time to have a vehicle so the car sat for 2 weeks immediately after purchase. I am getting ready to take it to him and drove it 2 days and realized the windshield wipers only work on medium speed ( safety issue). $500 fix for a young marine. lousy experience with their collision shop not fixing everything they said would get fixed. no one bothered to follow up to tell me things had changed or even that the vehicle was finished. go elsewhere.

Unfortunately the day you came in we were extremely busy in service, and had to take care of customer's ahead of you in line. Although, we try to keep a sufficient amount of keys and fobs in stock. The day you came in, we only had one key available and had to pick up the other part in order to provide you with two keys that would work with your specific vehicle. I have never worked with such dishonest people. Our car was in for repairs and they took it out for a test drive and wrecked our car. They gave us a loaner while we figured things out. Then they fixed our car without our permission. We've never seen an estimate. The loaner became a rental at $30 a day. Today the Taylor police called my husband and told him the loaner/rental had been reported stolen. Our story is not over so stay tuned.
