You are screwing my daughter and son in law over as I write this. They leased a 2018 escape 1.5 liter... engine blew and you knew that those engines were having problems. Now you won't even give them a loaner? You guys suck. Treat your customers right and you keep them. Treat them like you are and lose them forever.
Be more customer orientated and get a service manager that can actually mange the business before ford motor company loses more customers due to customer relations. the good people that buy our vehicles deserve better!
Took my car in due to having a recall on my passenger air bag. Set up the appointment and the gentleman I spoke with was great on the phone set up the appointment 2 weeks ago was told that it would take a couple hours. My appointment was at 9:00 had it there before my appointment time. Got my paperwork after checking in was told should be ready sometime in the afternoon. Once again, I have received terrible customer service from this dealership. I don't even plan on taking it in if there wasn't another dealership within 100,000 miles. The first time I take my car in for an oil change, they send me a text that my car is ready. I leave work for an early lunch (which is seriously 4 minutes away), my car isn't ready. I would not recommend this dealership because of Paul Shamo. I witnessed his true character on Lake St. Clair today. Due to his inability to control his emotions, as well as have an adult conversation, I certainly would never do business with someone like this. Manager goes above and beyond but sales guy was disrespectful. Should have stuck with Southgate Ford.
My husband and I bought a 2014 Ford F150 from Taylor Ford in 2016. A few months after purchasing the vehicle it began making a squealing noise. We returned the vehicle to Taylor Ford and they insisted nothing was wrong. Now 3 years later it has been discovered what the problem is and Taylor Ford will not cover it. For 3 years our F150 has been making the squealing noise and it took our oil change place to discover what the problem was.
I bought used 2018 explorer from Brent sukel and was promised floor mats almost 2 months later no floor mats. I don’t recommend Taylor Ford. Go to Jack Denmer.
