I've had enough with Taylor Ford. I've had my issues with them in the past with service, from everything to them denting my tailgate on my truck while replacing an emblem, to them keeping my wife's car for 3 days for wheel bearings, which I told them it was to start with. They tried to tell me it was a trans issue and cam phasers, only to conclude after pressure from me that it was the wheel bearings, and the best part....they tried to charge me, and it was covered under extended warranty. It I could leave no stars I would. In February this year I leased a 2013 Chevy Malibu from Taylor ford used sales ,not even two whole weeks went by and March 5 my car was in the shop. My steering wheel was locking up dashboard and radio power was going in and out the manager said to me the car is under warranty so take it to an local Chevy dealer and that's what I did they didn't have a loaner so they sent me to enterprise where I had to pay a 50$ deposit for a rental. We bought a 2013 Ford F-150 a few months ago and immediately realized that the turn indicator on the driver's side mirror was missing. When I took it back to have the tech look at it, he admitted that he had missed it during the safety inspection. My salesman said it would be ordered. I waited. He never called, so I called him. He was no longer at the dealership (within just a week of talking to him). I left two messages for the sales manager, but he did not call me, instead, he pawned me off on another salesman. I was having issues with my vehicle so I took it back to the dealer. The service department at Taylor Michigan ford is the worst place ever to take your vehicle. They are rude don't know how to talk to customers. I have been hung up on, yelled at, spoke over and treated like dirt. Joe the service manager and Gary are the people I have talked to and they are the worst, they are representing the ford company. I never want to take my vehicle back ever. I have had my car serviced here for years. Last year because of the floods i had to have my engine and some electrical replaced to the tune of nearly $8000. I have had electrical problems since and when i took the car on several times about it, i was told, without anyone actually looking at my car, that it was due to corrosion. I left each time, disgusted, but would call my service provider who would tell me he'd call me back and then never did. The car was drivable so i let it go. Worst decision i ever made was to do business here. Don't make the same mistake I did, there are far too many other Ford dealerships around, don't waste your time here.
