Worst service ever!! had metal in my tire waited 3 hours for them to fix it asked the girl waiting on me if they are giving me a free oil change for waiting so long she says we paid for your tire lmao I think I'm paying for it every month with the tire insurance!!!!!
This dealership is engaging in VERY disingenuous business practices, and the dozens of 1-star reviews here seem to attest to that to some extent. When asked to honor their supposed " 2 year warranty" on a $3,000 turbocharger installed by them just a year ago, they originally denied having ever worked on the vehicle and claimed to know nothing of doing thr work. Funny how paint bubbles on a four year old vehicle that I meticulously maintain and surprise!!! Warranty is 3 years/36,000 miles. Think it's time to switch to Chevy. Not the first time I've had issues with Ford. Done dealing with this cheap company.
Took my car in last week for recalls and the adaptive steering fault issue. It was very clear my car is not safe to drive and I made it clear I didn't want to leave with my car if the issue had not been fixed properly - after reading multiple blogs about a ton of people with the same issue and them all stating that ford cannot figure out the problem and that they have all tried different things with nothing fixing it - I was very apprehensive that they would actually fix it. So i was going through the reviews on here and i like how taylor ford says the exact same thing to every person just with a different name. Like it sounds like a computer almost lol. I don't think they actually care and only want your money. They try to low ball you on trade ins. My mom had a 2012 ford taurus with only less then 70k miles on it and they wanted to give her 3400 on a trade in thats not even kelley blue book value so she went some where else and got 10k for a trade in. The first day they set us down and have us waiting for over 5 hours then guy says oh yeah that car has that after he signed the paper everything ask somebody goes all I made a mistake that didn't have that cuz I was a big disappointment I need more training I guess
I left a bad review on here the last time I got my car fixed but they took care of me so I removed my review but just recently I took off my front bumper where I got hit and my ECU box was zip tied up onto the frame because all the fasteners were snapped Taylor Ford is a joke
Lou H. (Cowboy Hat) tried to hide 5868 dollars in negative equity from me! Dealer told me the lease payment on a 2017 F-150 would be 526. I specifically asked if that would be the A plan price if I was leasing the vehicle without a trade in. Lou said, "Yes"! BIG LIE In finance I found out that they had rolled over 5868 from my existing 2015 lease into the payments on the 2017 truck.
