Taylor Ford is very unprofessional.... I had the worst service ever there. They gave me the run-around for a week and a half. The sales person (Dan Kontor) I was working with and he's person trying to get me the loan flat out told me to go across the street to Taylor Chevrolet because they couldn't do nothing to help me. The buying experience with Chris was good. However, I never heard back from him regarding the vent he was going to try to have fixed. What i thought was a great experience quickly turned into a nightmare when i was leased a “demo” car that was never detailed, i had told the sales man that it wasn’t detailed, but it didn’t seem like a priority to him. On my first drive home in my new vehicle i broke out in hives, from what im guessing was the dog hair in the car, as I’m allergic to pet dander. I turned my lease into this dealership and they did not take care of the tire like they said they would, now I have a balance due. I called the dealership and talked to them about turning my lease in. I explained that I had the spare on the truck but that I had the tire warranty. I let them know what Belle Tire would charge and they said come in they would take care of it. Well, they turned the car to the lease inspector and now I have a bill. Poor customer service.

Service department broke my car and wouldn’t fix it. They are rude. Will not live up to customer satisfaction. Never return calls as they say they will. Take way to long to work on your vehicle. They tell 30 minutes and it’s 2 hours maybe 3. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Their customer service is awful! My daughter's 2017 Escape was in their shop for 3 months because of a recall on the engine which blew. She waited a month for a loaner. She received her car back yesterday. Broke down again today. Now that are telling her they don't have a loaner again. How is she supposed to get to work? You don't care at all about your customers. You are blaming Ford corporate for your actions. Our dealership, Pauli Ford, would never let that happen.
