We bought a 2013 Ford F-150 a few months ago and immediately realized that the turn indicator on the driver's side mirror was missing. I was having issues with my vehicle so I took it back to the dealer. The service department at Taylor Michigan ford is the worst place ever to take your vehicle. They are rude don't know how to talk to customers. I have been hung up on, yelled at, spoke over and treated like dirt. I have had my car serviced here for years. Last year because of the floods i had to have my engine and some electrical replaced to the tune of nearly $8000. I have had electrical problems since and when i took the car on several times about it, i was told, without anyone actually looking at my car, that it was due to corrosion. Worst decision i ever made was to do business here. Don't make the same mistake I did, there are far too many other Ford dealerships around, don't waste your time here.
I worked with Kevin, and at the time he was very polite and helped me get a new car quickly. However after having the car for only a month my breaks locked up and I had to take it in for a repair. Once It was fixed I was told one of my breaks was missing a bolt, not only did I have to miss work because it took 2 days to order this special part I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs even though I had the warranty. False advertisement. On their website they state you can get a 2015 Fusion SE for $16,795 this is not true. Do not fall for this crap.
