I worked with Kevin, and at the time he was very polite and helped me get a new car quickly. However after having the car for only a month my breaks locked up and I had to take it in for a repair. Once It was fixed I was told one of my breaks was missing a bolt, not only did I have to miss work because it took 2 days to order this special part I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs even though I had the warranty. False advertisement. On their website they state you can get a 2015 Fusion SE for $16,795 this is not true. Do not fall for this crap.
After my visit yesterday to buy bolts for shocks for my car and having to buy four of them when I only need two not impressed with Ford at all. The bolts are only for the rear wheels and only use one on each side, can't be used on the front. But since ford only sells them in packages of four the dealer doesn't sell them according to my needs and when I pay $50.62 for four of them, I think that is overkill.
Terrible communication from the service department. Our truck was in the shop for 3 weeks and we did not get a single update unless my husband called. Unacceptable in my opinion. Not too mention they wanted us to pay for repairs that were not necessary.
