You wait over a hour just for a oil change and when you check in. there like well its over a hour wait maybe two hours. So nonchalantly like you have nothing better to do but wait two hours for an oil change to me it's poor management . This is the third time I've had my vehicle there twice for an oil change and one time for a sensor and never once have you just walked in there not waited forever. Get it together Ford....
I had an appointment to take my car to the Body Shop. It took over an hour for the service rep to JUST do the paper work.(SMH) Then I was suppose to get a rent a car. I was told they didnt rent car, then told they did and they had one, then told they didnt have one. They acted like they didnt want to do business with me. It was a insurance claim repair. Terrible customer service. Communication was terrible. Very disappointed.
My best friend just took his brand new 2016 Ford Explorer in there for what should be warranty work and Ron Worley "Service Advisor" did he did not lease or buy the extended warranty from them so they could not help him. He has less than 5k miles on the vehicle. I suggested Ford because I worked there for 16 years. Now I feel stupid. Hope Bill Ford Jr. Hears about this. You wonder why Ford stock is down.
I've had enough with Taylor Ford. I've had my issues with them in the past with service, from everything to them denting my tailgate on my truck while replacing an emblem, to them keeping my wife's car for 3 days for wheel bearings, which I told them it was to start with. They tried to tell me it was a trans issue and cam phasers, only to conclude after pressure from me that it was the wheel bearings, and the best part....they tried to charge me, and it was covered under extended warranty. It I could leave no stars I would. In February this year I leased a 2013 Chevy Malibu from Taylor ford used sales ,not even two whole weeks went by and March 5 my car was in the shop. My steering wheel was locking up dashboard and radio power was going in and out the manager said to me the car is under warranty so take it to an local Chevy dealer and that's what I did they didn't have a loaner so they sent me to enterprise where I had to pay a 50$ deposit for a rental.
