So i was going through the reviews on here and i like how taylor ford says the exact same thing to every person just with a different name. Like it sounds like a computer almost lol. I don't think they actually care and only want your money. They try to low ball you on trade ins. My mom had a 2012 ford taurus with only less then 70k miles on it and they wanted to give her 3400 on a trade in thats not even kelley blue book value so she went some where else and got 10k for a trade in. The first day they set us down and have us waiting for over 5 hours then guy says oh yeah that car has that after he signed the paper everything ask somebody goes all I made a mistake that didn't have that cuz I was a big disappointment I need more training I guess

I left a bad review on here the last time I got my car fixed but they took care of me so I removed my review but just recently I took off my front bumper where I got hit and my ECU box was zip tied up onto the frame because all the fasteners were snapped Taylor Ford is a joke

Lou H. (Cowboy Hat) tried to hide 5868 dollars in negative equity from me! Dealer told me the lease payment on a 2017 F-150 would be 526. I specifically asked if that would be the A plan price if I was leasing the vehicle without a trade in. Lou said, "Yes"! BIG LIE In finance I found out that they had rolled over 5868 from my existing 2015 lease into the payments on the 2017 truck. The monthly payment for the 2017 F-150 would have only been 368 if not for this rollover that they tried to hide from me. The icing on the cak... read more

You wait over a hour just for a oil change and when you check in. there like well its over a hour wait maybe two hours. So nonchalantly like you have nothing better to do but wait two hours for an oil change to me it's poor management . This is the third time I've had my vehicle there twice for an oil change and one time for a sensor and never once have you just walked in there not waited forever. Get it together Ford....

I had an appointment to take my car to the Body Shop. It took over an hour for the service rep to JUST do the paper work.(SMH) Then I was suppose to get a rent a car. I was told they didnt rent car, then told they did and they had one, then told they didnt have one. They acted like they didnt want to do business with me. It was a insurance claim repair. They recommended I go to enterprise rent a car, so I had them call only to be told they didnt have anything. Left there with my car shaking my head. How do they stay i... read more

My best friend just took his brand new 2016 Ford Explorer in there for what should be warranty work and Ron Worley "Service Advisor" did he did not lease or buy the extended warranty from them so they could not help him. He has less than 5k miles on the vehicle. I suggested Ford because I worked there for 16 years. Now I feel stupid. Hope Bill Ford Jr. Hears about this. You wonder why Ford stock is down.
