I went there for recall three months ago any left my diveshaft bolts loose and for three months I hear noises take it to gorno ford and they told me the person that did the recall left the bolts loose at Taylor Ford they called me several times and told me the van was ready I got there could not pick my van up they would not release it because he still had to inspect it something gorno fogd said they would have fixed the next day is now on day five with Taylor Ford it’s a commercial van and I paid $55,000 for it they don’t ... read more

Wasted three hours of my Saturday with these scam artists. Hammered out a deal and got all the way to calling my insurance agent to get the new vehicle insured to drive off when the salesman Chris Baxter asked me to put them on hold to explain to me that they made a “mistake” in their calculations and my payment would now be an additional $40 a month. Bait and switch, proceed with caution.
it's not like I don't recommend Taylor Ford as a whole just the service department seems to not be very good. had my truck in twice for a vibration issue and they said they fixed it but the vibration was still there. This is the second time I have been there for the same problem but I am not very confident they can fix anything unless it's obvious or totally failed. They did fix my sync problem (which was obvious) and the seat belt issue (again obvious) in a timely manner. I will be trying another dealer to try to fix the pr... read more
Purchasing a vehicle there was perfectly fine. But I wouldn't recommend servicing it there. The first time I took it in for an oil change was because I had gotten a $20 credit when I purchased my vehicle. I was floored when my total still came out to about $20 out of pocket since that is my normal garage's price. This past week I had my vehicle in for warranty work. RecommendedI had a leak in my tire. I started to take it to Belle Tire but decided to go to Taylor Ford. While relaxing in the customer waiting room Tom came back to inform me that the tire was ruined by a nail in the side wall. but not to worry. He found that I had gotten tire insurance when I got the car. He contacted them and got it authorized. All I had to do is sit there and watch TV.
Terrible service. Brought my car in a week ago to be looked at and get the works package. Not only did they not look at the problem which I didn’t mind paying the fee for but on the diagnostic for the car they said my battery was good, Which in fact I knew was bad because of previous work somewhere else. I have had my car for a year and a half and I have had nothing but problems with it and this dealership. To start I had a horrible wobble with my car, so I took it in and they told me to wait in the waiting room and they would come get me when they figured the problem out. Very poor service. I'm done, won't go back. It took 2 hours for an oil change while their employees were laughing, talking and texting. In those 2 hours, I think they did 4 cars. Unbelievable.
