We were searching for a bronco sport and were told that they had one coming in about two weeks and had them put our name on it. To say I'm disappointed with Taylor Ford would be complimentary. This dealership screwed me over so bad this last week and doesn't even care to call me and make it right, or even apologize for their incompetence. I ordered a brand new Platinum F150 in April and in June was told that I should be receiving my truck early July. At this point I sold my current truck and found out last week Thursday that not only did my truck come in just fine and dandy- BUT THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Yesterday I came to Taylor Ford because while driving in the area with my 2 year old son, my tire was very low. We have the tire protection so instead of trying to find a Belletire or something I pulled in. I was not greeted by ANYONE in the service lane.. I had to stand in front of a guy and his blank stare “what do you need” - I proceeded to tell him I would like my tire looked at, it’s low & im not sure if there is something in it” - he asks me if I plan to leave the car?!? DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY KIND OF WORK ! first off I bought the truck and the rotors were so warped your hat would fall off when you touch the brake. They removed the rotors and said “there’s nothing wrong with them” when he showed me the rotors there were deep black burn marks every few inches around the entire rotor.(which means the rotors were warped) so I eventually had to replace the brakes on my own since clearly the service techs do not have enough mechanical knowledge to understand what a warped rotor loo... read more

Whatever you do, do not (I cannot stress this enough) buy a vehicle from Taylor Ford. The experience with them has been over all okay, but after having my truck in 3 times for the panoramic roof broken, they want to charge us $1,400+ to repair something they’ve repaired 3 times already. Every year since I’ve owned the truck it goes in for moon roof repairs. Save yourself the time and money, don’t purchase from them. I am disappointed in the way the pre-owned vehicles manager conducts business. Maybe you didn't need or want my business, but not returning a call or following up on your promise is not the best way to operate a business. if you didn't want to sell me a car, just tell me and not dangle a carrot.

The service department at Taylor Ford has to be the most incompetent group I have ever had to deal with. You can schedule an appointment just to be told one lie after another. They will order parts for your car and then install them on some other car. I have had multiple bad experiences with the service department over the years. Now on a positive note my salesman is awesome(Don Moon). It is a shame that such a good sales staff has to loose future business because of a horrible service department.
Today I bought my car in for service. The first thing Ed ,told me there is a 3.5 hour wait. Ok so do I need to make an appointment? No he said .So I asked what is the alternative ? He said Monday-Friday, this is mon-fri so again what is the alternative no service? I did not feel welcomed !
