Made an appointment 2 weeks out to drop my truck off for recall repairs on Monday at 7:30am. I was told they would have until following morning which is fine. Called Monday 5:00pm to see how things went. I was told they hadn’t even assigned it to a mechanic yet! I of course complained, Mr Miller said he would call me right back. Called me back and said it wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday or Thursday ….REALLY then why did I have to make an appointment!!!!! Bought a car last Thursday because they were the only dealership that had my car in stock (covid), and Friday at 6 am there was a recall and they won’t give me my car. What’s worst is that they keep saying, “I haven’t heard back from corporate.” Like so? Not knowing what’s wrong with my car for almost a week and a half now is very frustrating. No communication at all, I wish I got a Chevy 🙃.

Taylor Ford has very bad customer service, they kept our Ford Edge ST, for roughly 3 months to repair a oil pan gasket. The did give us a loaner car. A standard edition for fusion car. They would never return our calls when we would try to get updates about our vehicle. Then once we did get our vehicle back my fiancé and myself drove to Florida, just to find our Edge ST is leaking oil all over the place. So we call a ford dealership in Florida and they tell us that the oil pan gasket was not fixed properly and it was a hack ... read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. THEY CUT CORNERS AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I took my car there after a service transmission light, a coolant light and check engine light came on. The check engine light was pulling a code regarding the turbo in my 2014 ford escape. I dealt with Dick Miller. He advised me they arent getting the turbo code and refused to look into it. He also advised there were some parts on the trans needing replaced and it would be done the following day. I asked him to look into the coolant message... read more

Taylor Ford service does not know what appointment means. Made an appointment two weeks out for me to drop my work truck off. Dropped it off right at 7:30 when they opened, didn’t hear from them all day. Called them at 4:30pm for them to say they haven’t even looked at it.

I took my 2018 Escape in a week ago Monday to the collision part, because it got hit, and got told it was a 3-4 day job, and I still don’t have my car back yet. I wouldn’t recommend. Bought my escape back in July which was the best experience. But this is ridiculous getting my car back for a little hit to the fender. It doesn’t take over a week to fix and paint it. If I didn’t have a ride to my job since then, I would’ve been fired from my job and it would’ve been on them since they apparently don’t know when 3-4 days is. Ve... read more

We were searching for a bronco sport and were told that they had one coming in about two weeks and had them put our name on it. The exciting day arrived and we were called and told our car was in and we could come pick it up, so we insured it and had the down payment in hand planning to leave with it that day. To say I'm disappointed with Taylor Ford would be complimentary. This dealership screwed me over so bad this last week and doesn't even care to call me and make it right, or even apologize for their incompetence. I ordered a brand new Platinum F150 in April and in June was told that I should be receiving my truck early July. At this point I sold my current truck and found out last week Thursday that not only did my truck come in just fine and dandy- BUT THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Yesterday I came to Taylor Ford because while driving in the area with my 2 year old son, my tire was very low. We have the tire protection so instead of trying to find a Belletire or something I pulled in. I was not greeted by ANYONE in the service lane.. I had to stand in front of a guy and his blank stare “what do you need” - I proceeded to tell him I would like my tire looked at, it’s low & im not sure if there is something in it” - he asks me if I plan to leave the car?!?
