My 3 brothers and I have been loyal Ford customers when they were still at Jorgenson. 16 years we have given them business without the slightest inconvenience to them. I had a transmission issue in a brand-new edge, and they charged me 700$ for parts and 1500$ for labor. Not a discount for loyalty, no warranty (17,000 miles), nothing. They treat you like family when you're purchasing but in reality, you're just another number. Safe to say I will never step foot in another Ford dealer.

I would recommend the sales department but not the service department came in with my donut on after a flat tire have the Ford care tire protection waited over 2 1/2 hours for my car to even get into a bay just for a tire change. A bit ridiculous.

Service department treats like you’re an idiot for trying to get an oil change and inconveniencing them. Went to Southgate ford where I was treated like a customer not an inconvenience to them. I will never step foot on Taylor fords property again. Plus Southgate ford has a quick oil change lane!

they have had my moms maverick truck now for 3 months and they keep telling her a line of crap now i will file a complaint with ford and the Michigan state licensing for motor vehicles.
I made an appointment two weeks ago to have my Transit that is under warranty looked at. Took it up there at 7am today, and they didn't find the time to look at it. I am furious and will not be giving them our business again, as this was a huge inconvenience to my family. They would not give us a loaner car so I have no way to transport all of us to allow them to keep the van another day. I definitely do not recommend this dealership.

The Service department is very lackluster at this Ford location. I took my vehicle in to be diagnosed on 1/5/2023. After waiting two weeks and leaving several messages with the service department without a returned call, I made my way back to the dealership who still had my car on 1/18/2023. Not only was the service terrible but I got three separate quotes for the repairs that were all $4000 less than what this location quoted me for. This includes the cost of towing.
