they have had my moms maverick truck now for 3 months and they keep telling her a line of crap now i will file a complaint with ford and the Michigan state licensing for motor vehicles.

I made an appointment two weeks ago to have my Transit that is under warranty looked at. Took it up there at 7am today, and they didn't find the time to look at it. I am furious and will not be giving them our business again, as this was a huge inconvenience to my family. They would not give us a loaner car so I have no way to transport all of us to allow them to keep the van another day. I definitely do not recommend this dealership.

The Service department is very lackluster at this Ford location. I took my vehicle in to be diagnosed on 1/5/2023. After waiting two weeks and leaving several messages with the service department without a returned call, I made my way back to the dealership who still had my car on 1/18/2023. Not only was the service terrible but I got three separate quotes for the repairs that were all $4000 less than what this location quoted me for. This includes the cost of towing. let me start with saying that I own 7 ford vehicles and I've purchased a few vehicles from here over the years & 2 recently 21 expedition Max Limited & 22 f350 diesel crew cab .. So I've been a long time customer and know a lot of the staff by name .. The problem is the service department.. First thing is If you can get someone to actually call you back that would be great.. Dropped off my car this morning at 9:30 in the morning. No one has even touched it then they’re talking about it needs to be there for two or three days. Is that because you over scheduled and overbooked because you had my car for an entire day and didn’t touch it! Nor did anyone bother to say that as I dropped it off! I will never ever ever go there again! I will take my business else where! Sad that I live down the street and always buy Ford! Hung up on the “manager” as she proceeded to raise her voice at me! Ridiculous!

The service department at Taylor Ford is horrible for many reasons. They are unorganized (was called with information about a car that wasn't even mine), slow (my car sat in their shop for the better part of a week for an hours worth of work), and disrespectful (mainly the manager Todd Pluss). When I came to pick up my car, the service manager Todd began cussing at me left and right telling me to never come back here again. Taylor ford has had my car for over a month now and there is still no word yet on when it will be done

I ordered my F-150 in December of 2021 after waiting almost 9 months from my vehicle it arrived with missing options. the options that were missing were the navigation system, the Sirius XM radio, the adaptive cruise control, all options that I ordered and wanted. when I went to pick up my vehicle I was basically told I have no choice and Ford motor company and Taylor Ford only gave me a $200 credit in the purchase price. these options were worth far more than $200 because if I was to order the navigation system for the F-15... read more

lack of communication. they had my truck for 3 weeks without doing anything to it . still have the same issues it went in for . worst part is this isn't the first time either ... would not recommend . worst dealership by far will not go back
