I ordered my F-150 in December of 2021 after waiting almost 9 months from my vehicle it arrived with missing options. the options that were missing were the navigation system, the Sirius XM radio, the adaptive cruise control, all options that I ordered and wanted. when I went to pick up my vehicle I was basically told I have no choice and Ford motor company and Taylor Ford only gave me a $200 credit in the purchase price. these options were worth far more than $200 because if I was to order the navigation system for the F-15... read more
lack of communication. they had my truck for 3 weeks without doing anything to it . still have the same issues it went in for . worst part is this isn't the first time either ... would not recommend . worst dealership by far will not go back
Made an appointment to drop off our car on Tuesday and called yesterday to get the status and you guys have not touched it. Per your rep and my app it has not moved since I dropped it off. What’s the Purpose of making an appointment ? Advisor just called. Now I pick up the car until the part comes in early next week. This was the reason I dropped it off while on vacation. the main point with me is I was promised a rental and when I dropped my truck off you said you were out if rentals and I made the appointment 3 weeks prior. now you're customer service is top notch
Absolute worst service I've ever dealt with. My truck has been there almost 5 months waiting on repairs.
Made an appointment 2 weeks out to drop my truck off for recall repairs on Monday at 7:30am. I was told they would have until following morning which is fine. Called Monday 5:00pm to see how things went. I was told they hadn’t even assigned it to a mechanic yet! I of course complained, Mr Miller said he would call me right back. Called me back and said it wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday or Thursday ….REALLY then why did I have to make an appointment!!!!! Bought a car last Thursday because they were the only dealership that had my car in stock (covid), and Friday at 6 am there was a recall and they won’t give me my car. What’s worst is that they keep saying, “I haven’t heard back from corporate.” Like so? Not knowing what’s wrong with my car for almost a week and a half now is very frustrating. No communication at all, I wish I got a Chevy 🙃.
Taylor Ford has very bad customer service, they kept our Ford Edge ST, for roughly 3 months to repair a oil pan gasket. The did give us a loaner car. A standard edition for fusion car. They would never return our calls when we would try to get updates about our vehicle. Then once we did get our vehicle back my fiancé and myself drove to Florida, just to find our Edge ST is leaking oil all over the place. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. THEY CUT CORNERS AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I took my car there after a service transmission light, a coolant light and check engine light came on. The check engine light was pulling a code regarding the turbo in my 2014 ford escape. I dealt with Dick Miller. He advised me they arent getting the turbo code and refused to look into it.
