Waited 2 months for an appointment to have truck fixed. Dropped it off it’s been 4 days and it hasn’t even been looked at! Was told we waited for 2 months just to be able to drop it off not a guarantee on when a tech will be free. Absolutely no regard for the customer being without a vehicle.

I usually don't write bad reviews, but this is a warning to others who come here to get their car either repaired, or an oil change. I went here for a full service oil change. had to wait 2 extra hours because they were calling the wrong name (previous owner) to tell me the car was done. then when they finally got me they told me several things wrong with my edge, and needed to get fixed. when I turned my vehicle on to leave the engine light was on. they said a tech prob just tripped a sensor it happens all the time the lig... read more

Taylor Ford’s service department is the absolute worst! They have had our truck for 6 weeks, and each week we are told it will be ready the following week. The truck only has 50k miles on it and already needed a new transmission. Now, they are refusing to give us a truck to use while ours is still sitting there, UNTOUCHED! We have to cancel our Memorial Day weekend camping trip and will be charged hefty cancellation fees due to it being a holiday. None of this matters to Taylor Ford! The sales staff here may be great; but the service department is the total opposite. They replaced basically the entire timing system on my F150 at 97k miles. At 126k miles they had to do it all over again plus replace the oil pan; 300 miles later a coolant hose blew off on I75 that I ended up fixing by reattaching the hose and moving the original pinch style hose clamp into its proper position and filling it up with bottled water I had.
