I called this dealership to let them know I was having my car towed in for a tire issue. I was told the service advisors respond to text. They assigned one. No response. I called back. They said he wasn't today. They started a text with another advisor. No response. I called again. They said hold and we will go get one. Held for over 18 minutes. No one ever came back. I do not recommend this service department. They have unskilled technicians and a willfully ignorant service director. They damaged my car and failed to fix the original issue correctly the first time.

Just terrible, just visited service department with some issues with my windows and some ABS light on, service lady her name I believe was Sada was extremely not helpful, judgemental, sounded racist and uptight. Told me your car is too old for the service, the car is Mustang 2022 LOL. I don't have even words or time to describe such a awful encounter with such unprofessional and unpleasant service assistant. Can't recommend this dealership at all.

Once again I have to give this place a low rating! I gave them a couple of years before going back hoping things may have improved but nope! I ordered two simple parts and they arrived took them home only to to find that they were the wrong parts a bulb outlet with the pigtail. They would not even plug in to each other. I called Jessica the one who ordered the parts explained the problem and she said that she would get back to me. That was 6 days ago! Nice going once again Star Ford!

My Lincoln vehicle has been at this dealership going in 4 months now. They lack customer service, can never provide an update on the status, I constantly get vague information. The only thing I feel I can do is call Lincoln concierge to get them to assist. The service advisor Seta has never followed up with me on the status and whenever I ask for an update her response is. I bought a car from this dealership a few months ago. I was told a pickup date that was then changed to just under a week later. When I came to pick up my vehicle I waited in the dealership for over 4 hours for them to "charge the battery". I have recently had some squeaking of the brakes so I was told to come in today at 10:30 and quoted roughly an hour. I took my 2022 bronco in due to a failure of the 4x4 system under warranty. The warranty work seems to be okay however the I made the mistake of letting them change my oil. To start, the service advisor (star needs to take service and advisor out of this idiots title) was the worst advisor I have ever dealt with. Constantly talking over me while I tried to ask questions and explain what happened while out 4x4. Terrible customer service. We paid for a loaner while the car is being serviced, and the car they gave us was too small for our family. This was supposed to be fine, because the car was guaranteed to be back TWO days ago. When I reached out, the customer service was completely indifferent to their lack of punctuality. Very frustrating. Don't advertise quality customer service if you aren't going to provide it.

I've had pretty bad experiences at this location, except for one visit out of four (shoutout to Christian for being great!) I think the folks actually completing the service are probably wonderful, but a couple of the customer-facing service members are shady. From a business perspective, the diagnostic charge to look at the car is pretty hefty.
