Very poor dealership. Don't want to get too into it. But suffice to say the seller was slippery and the customer service was pathetic. Had to live with it what a joke . But want people to know this.

This review is specifically for the bald asian sales guy that approached me earlier today when I was looking at the Broncos (wish I got his name) You are very unprofessional and poor excuse for a salesman. Went to go look at two Broncos they had on the lot as my wife and I are in the market to buy a new Bronco. This guy briefly approached me and asked if I'm interested in buying. Okay, I booked an appointment for tomorrow at 10am to have the transmission checked on Ford Transit. I called to confirm and talked to a service rep. He told me to bring it in but they wouldnt look at it for awhile. This is my work truck and I work 5 days a week. He then told me he had a truck in the service shop for over a month and they havent serviced it. I ask "Why should I bring it in if it might take a month? I have a 2020 Ford Expedition that has a few problems, but the major problem is the 10-speed gear shift. Star Ford has had my vehicle on 3 separate occasions to diagnose the problem. Sadly, I have had the car returned every time with the following response, 'We are unable to duplicate the issue." They sold me a messed up car then took forever to repair it. I was given a terrible SMELLY rental and expected to put in even more money. I had a terrible experience at this dealer and would not recommend to anyone. It is a shady business for sure!!! The front desk staff was also no help. He rambled about being from the Bay Area and offered no viable solutions for my car. He had an attitude with me when I was asking for help. My husband and I ordered a Ford from Star Ford at the end of June 2022. We were told we'd have a 4-6 month wait. We followed up on the status of the car but were told nothing. When we checked in again after 6 months, we were told the manufacturer stopped making the 2022 models, and we would not be getting the car. I booked an appointment for a Friday morning and was notified upon arrival that the service team would likely not be available to asses/repair my car until Monday. Can't say they didn't warn me, but was a little confused given my set appointment time why I was being pushed off for a few days (and told the service team isn't in on Saturdays).
