Worst customer service I have ever seen. The service department doesn't even deserve 1 star. My brand new Lincoln stayed there for 20 days, not even they didn't provide me a loaner vehicle but also my customer service advisor Sarah, didn't answer half of my texts and phone calls. Terrible service

DO NOT DO NOT !!! I mean do you not take your car there whatever you need please do not take your car there. I took my car for maintenance and regular work service to come back a later week with the car not functioning and stalling. I then asked for them to complete a diagnosis of the car and my car was in there for three weeks I kept getting the runaround regarding the status of the car they would tell me that the car was third in line and then when I asked to speak to the manager they stated that it was fourth in line for ... read more

Hi my name is Juan L on June 5. I went to Honda of downtown to buy a used car first day there was no problem then the second day the check engine in the battery waters were low. I took it to service today is June 18 and still don't know nothing about the car. I tried to call the manager and they ignore me never go to Honda downtown to buy used car.

Tough time with a recent service appointment. Brought the car in for a standard service, they had very poor communication and unexpectedly had to keep the car overnight. Fortunately I can work from home so was able to manage, but not having my car for 24 hours with no advanced notice is potentially a big problem for many people. Very hard to get updates over phone or text. The work was ultimately done and they were kind enough to drive the car back to my house. Seta(my service advisor) was friendly and courteous. She seemed very knowledgeable in the ford vehicles. The service area was clean and very well kept. They offered me an espresso. Which was very kind of them. The mechanic was very kind and knowledgeable. He seemed a little overworked. I guess we all are these days. I didn't get a rental cause my car isn't a 2023 or newer. Christian from the service department is terrible at giving you updates and lied about completion. I was told the work was completed after two weeks and that I could pick up my vehicle. When I got there, the simple items (which included an oil change) were not completed. They handed me the keys to drive off with my hood still unlatched, which i did not notice until i was about to get onto the freeway. Have taken my vehicle a couple to service a few times: but by far this is the worst service department from ford. Took my truck for transmission repair on 2023 but also had engine problems. They fixed transmission but not engine noise they stated that there was no problem. I drove vehicle for a couple of months kept hearing engine noise. Took to another dealership.
