They have had my vehicle for over a month with almost zero communication! I text: nothing. I email: nothing. I call: nothing! I reached out to Ford Motor Company to help get it resolved and Nelson and Manny have been ducking their calls too! It is outrageous. They have zero interest in helping us to resolve this situation that is costing us in car rental every day that it drags on. Absolutely terrible. Go to any other dealership than this one.

Terrible dealership. This is why car dealerships have a bad reputation. They have a car (Ford Maverick) advertised on their website for $24,710. I call them for the car, and they confirm availability then they proceed to tell me that the "new price" is $33,600. I spoke with Alexander (who was polite and I'm sure following what he is told by the dealership). Please see the attached screenshots of their website and their window sticker showing the lower price. BE CAREFUL

Initial appointment was for 3:00pm on 7/3 to replace an engine mount. We arrived early to our appointment and were never called up to the service desk to check in. When we were finally able to speak with someone, we were told that "It's the day before 4th of July, we couldn't even do an oil change if we wanted to." Star Ford didn't care about my time or my money. I brought in my truck with a possible cam phaser noise/issue. The service guy immediately asked me if I needed a rental vehicle. Little did I know that this was going to take a whole week. He said he was going to call me the next day (Tuesday, 24 hours later). He didn't! I called back on Wednesday morning, 48 hours later. This business is awful. Charged me $190 for a diagnosis as my check engine light was on. They quoted me $1700 job and two days without my car. Took it elsewhere they changed my oil and flushed my ignition coil for $185 and my smog test for $58. Pretty far cry from $1700. I tried to get my $190 back from Star Ford but so far no luck. The staff is also very rude. Never going back

Brutal service. Once your warranty expires, you will suffer to no end. All issues known prior to the warranty expiring and needed fixing while in warranty, become due with hefty price tag, no loaner, and no exception. It is regrettable. A total toss up in care too.

No matter how low I set my expectations, the service department here never fails to disappoint. The list of customer service nightmares is too long to list (and I'm done wasting time on this place). Do yourself a favor. Buy and service your car(s) elsewhere.

I don't know where to being if i wanted to right  every little conflict that i had with this dealership i could write a book. First time i took my car in for an oil leak issue. It took them 3 attempts to finely fix the oil leak under warranty keeping my work transit connect van for 20 days each time.   After the third time when I finally got my car back the car turned off in the middle of the road while I was driving home and it wasn't even starting afterwards. When the service department says few hours it translates to a minimum of a week. This location is poorly staffed, and the current staff is less than quality. Poor communication with car owners, and they consistently fail to meet deadlines they promise. Repairs also aren't "guaranteed to last". 3x in 18 months, and they charged 2x... first hand experience Fix Or Repair Daily is FORDs moto at this location.
