If I were you, I would avoid this service center at ALL COSTS. I wish I would have read the reviews before getting so scammed. Lesson learned, I suppose. They have been "repairing" my car for 8 months. When it was finally done we went to pick it up and it had been in an accident. DO NOT REPAIR YOUR CAR HERE. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. These guys are scammers and cheats.

My experience with Star Ford Lincoln began in October 2022 and ended, permanently on December 21, 2023. After 3 times of trying to get my back up camera fixed since October, I have dealt with a service employee by the name of Seta Alexanian who was completely unprofessional and rude. I am not sure how she is in customer service. Each interaction was with her, meaning each time nothing was getting resolved. If you manage to get an appointment good luck getting your car back without having to actually show up in person after a week to see whether it's ready (clue: it's not). Had an appointment and it took Nelson Soliz a week to even do anything whilst he had my car. Couldn't get a response out of him. Now after the recall it's still not working and they won't answer the phone. Same issue that many people have. These people are absolutely useless. They don't answer the phone. what a joke, I've been just trying to reach their service department for the last 5 days and no one will either answer the call or even return calls/texts. This place clearly doesn't deserve anyone's service. I've never in my life encounter such horrible customer service. I will never work with them again!! the service manager needs to be fired.

The Service/Repairs Experience. I had a 2016 Ford Focus. It was a giving me transmission problems. My forth transmission problem was a TCM issue. They told me the TCM part was in backstock. The part didn't come in for 11 MONTHS! I didn't have a car for 11 months. I got my car back finally. A month later, I had a dashboard failure issue (instrument cluster) where I couldn't see how fast I was driving, how much gas I had, etc. I went in to get it fixed. Worst sostemer sevice I been going there for years. Last 2 years gets worst Ted fron the maintanace dept is Rude. Good luck trying to reach a service department and have him call you back but if for sales they're always there and they always call you back of course cause it's to sell a car once they sell the car they wash their hands recommended 3 people there and they went somewhere else

I've been calling to bring my car in for repairs for weeks and every time I call they have me wait on the line and then it sends me to a voicemail that they never reply to. Then they had me send a text message to a number that I'm not even sure works, because no one replies. This is wack because I used to come here often before the pandemic & they were great (which is why I gave them 2 stars), not sure wtf these people are doing now.

This is for the service department....ONLY GO TO THEM AS A LAST RESORT! This service department does NOT care about you or your time. It took them almost three full days for routine 90k miles maintenance that was scheduled well in advance. They do not communicate and you will need to chase them for any type of update or information. I always try to schedule maintenance appointments for first thing Friday morning. This way if there are any problems I can still have my truck back by Monday morning for work that day. My appo... read more
