Christian from the service department is terrible at giving you updates and lied about completion. I was told the work was completed after two weeks and that I could pick up my vehicle. When I got there, the simple items (which included an oil change) were not completed. They handed me the keys to drive off with my hood still unlatched, which i did not notice until i was about to get onto the freeway. Flew in to purchase a vehicle, just to walk in to be told it was sold the night before... oh and they forgot to call or text us before we got in! We wasted our time and money!! BEWARE!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, YOU WILL WASTE TIME AND MONEY

Have taken my vehicle a couple to service a few times: but by far this is the worst service department from ford. Took my truck for transmission repair on 2023 but also had engine problems. They fixed transmission but not engine noise they stated that there was no problem. I drove vehicle for a couple of months kept hearing engine noise. Took to another dealership. just dropping by just to leave a little message kind of displeased at what they just did. Family and I went the night before this post was made and we were in the mind of purchasing a Ford transit 2022 listed through their website and then came down to look at it. We went this morning to take a look at a mustang Mach e and we found one that we really liked and we said okay we will come back in a couple hours to get the car we Just needed to get the money and the guy working there and his name was Andy Castaneda he said he will hold it until we come back and when we came back and he goes sorry I sold it to a different family so that is horrible customer service ford really needs to check who they hire

I was in the middle of talking to the service advisor and got put on hold for 7 minutes Called back and talked to another lady who was rude. Simply trying to schedule an appointment.

Do not get your vehicle serviced here!!! We dropped our 2021 F-150 off at Star Ford to get minor cosmetic work done. There was no communication for over 5 days and every time we called or texted to get an update, the service advisor was always out to lunch or had the day off. After not having a vehicle all week, we called on a Friday and we were told that we would be contacted by a manager, and they never gave us a call back. Left a detailed voicemail trying to schedule an appointment over a week ago and no one has bothered returning my call. Based on the other reviews it seems par for the course. If your admins can't handle basic scheduling then what can I expect from the rest of your team? You won't be getting my business anytime soon.

Thank you to my service advisor Christian for going above and beyond to assist in resolving the issue I had with my wheel locks. Unfortunately, few weeks ago I went to Star Ford Lincoln for an oil change. That day Seta Alexanian helped me with my service and unluckily whoever worked on my vehicle that day they forgot to put back my wheel lock back.
