Came in to get my radio and left driver side back door panel fixed. Waited 2 weeks for the repair then when i finally got my car back I noticed a few days later that my door panel was still popping out. I currently own a Tesla Y. It's my 5th electric car. I've seen the Ford Mach E on the road and love the way it looks. I watched a number of videos on YouTube and decided I wanted to test drive. I visited Star Ford and the sales person who helped me knew almost nothing about electric vehicles. It was very concerning. Took my Ford Ecosport ( now referred to as the NoGosport) to Star Ford of Glendale CA. was told I needed a new engine block to be done under warranty but it would take 3 weeks to begin work. Approx 2weeks after the start work date I was told the engine work is done but they are having difficulty finding out why the MANY dashboard warning lights were going on. Worst dealership in the world, and I mean the worst. They roll out the red carpet to get you to buy, but when you need service, oh, we have phone problems, oh, you texted us over the web, we didn't get that. Can I talk to a manager? What do you need to speak to a manager for? Because your service sucks, and you can't do a simple job of having to call people back. Oh, we are very busy with customers. I am a customer. Oh, they will call you back. No one called. If you want good service, then this is not the place.

On November 13 I drove to the dealership to view a 2016 ford transit cargo 150 3dr LWB medium roof with sliding passenger side door for 26,899$. When I arrived I spoke with A sales person by the name of Mark, he told me the vehicle still needed inspection and was not ready to view. The worst service dept ever!! Don't bring your car here if you value your time. I brought my brand new bronco here for a new windshield. The new windshield broke two weeks later. Then after replacing a second time, they left scratches all over the sunroof side panels. After replacing side panels, they scratched the roof rails. If I could get them 0 stars I would. I brought my Ford Focus Electric in for service because the alarm would constantly go off when I walked away from it. It's still under extended warranty, so they couldn't charge for the repair, but they insisted I needed a new key fob. Of course that's not covered by the warranty, so I paid $660 total for the new fob. And the alarm kept going off. My 2021 Ford Explorer started to lag when going into reverse. The lag would vary between 3 to 10 seconds, which seemed longer the warmer it was. Since I was staying in Burbank, I called Star Ford first around the first week in May to schedule transmission service. I was immediately told that they could not take my vehicle in.
