I booked an appointment for a Friday morning and was notified upon arrival that the service team would likely not be available to asses/repair my car until Monday. Can't say they didn't warn me, but was a little confused given my set appointment time why I was being pushed off for a few days (and told the service team isn't in on Saturdays). I know this is going to sound really dramatic, but fundamentally I have been treated with a lot of disrespect by the service team here.
