They sold me a messed up car then took forever to repair it. I was given a terrible SMELLY rental and expected to put in even more money. I had a terrible experience at this dealer and would not recommend to anyone. It is a shady business for sure!!! The front desk staff was also no help. He rambled about being from the Bay Area and offered no viable solutions for my car. He had an attitude with me when I was asking for help. My husband and I ordered a Ford from Star Ford at the end of June 2022. We were told we'd have a 4-6 month wait. We followed up on the status of the car but were told nothing. When we checked in again after 6 months, we were told the manufacturer stopped making the 2022 models, and we would not be getting the car. After calling Ford corporate, and talking with another dealership, we realized how this dealership totally dropped the ball.
