We swung by today as my husband is in need of a car. Blah blah chip shortage yadda OKAY. We get it. It took a solid 15 mins before Harry even decided to come out & "help us" where he proceeded to take a personal call for 10 minutes, having the balls to wave us off when I asked questions as he blathered on the phone, barely paying us any mind. Can't believe I have to even give this place 1 star. Horrific customer service. Way overpriced considering the job and customer service they offered. Gave the car back with an AC issue, that wasn't there before having them fix my car for something unrelated. Nicole, my "service adviser" went on vacation and didn't get me an update till she was back. I was told it took them the same amount of days she was gone to get it diagnosed.
