Disappointed after the sale. the vehicle is great, but that's Ford, not the dealer. Sales person was great as well. but once we had a deal and get sent of to finance/paperwork things slowed down significantly. (Beware of service department) I have taken my 2020 Mustang to Star Ford's service department twice. And both times were huge disappointments. I expected to pay a little extra because my car is not under warranty, but I decided to go to Star Ford because I trusted they would know my car best..(not) First visit I paid nearly $300 to have my e-brake repaired after it snapped randomly. I wouldn't refer anyone to come here about a year two years ago I bought a car here and these motherf***ers sold me a car with bald tires and it had front end damage (hood) and they didn't even mention that to me f***ing crooks ... Lesson learned I will never come here again.
I dropped off my vehicle on a Tuesday hoping to get an update within 48 been two weeks and not one single phone call from the advisor or anyone in the department. I have never type of service in any other dealer either Mercedes Cadillac or Chevrolet.. had to run around and look for my advisor just to tell me I don't have no information but let me gather that up and I'll give you a call back with an never heard from her till this day

I came in with an appointment to drop a fleet vehicle off. I pulled up to the appointment line and walked up to a lady name Sarah Reinschmidt. I told her I have a fleet vehicle. She told me to wait in my vehicle that was 6th in line for a check in. She was very dismissive towards me. When I went in I told the salesman I wasn't buying today cuz I was getting funds from retirement in 3 months, but I wanted to see Broncos. He didn't offer to take me to see more at the offsite lot or let me drive one that was on the small lot here. So when I was ready NoHo got my business. Good job guys.

I called yesterday because the display screen on my Mustang Mach-E is dead. I was told to bring the car in today at 3:30...I left my meeting early, drove 30 mins, waited 10 mins, only to be told they can't help me because "they've been working since 7:30 am" - ummmm and I was working since 7 am! And you wasted another hour of my life not honoring my appointment. If I left the car overnight they wouldn't give me a ride back. What shitty service for a regular customer of several years. Thanks Alex. It's been eight days and I'm still in, and paying for a 60k Lemon, and have heard nothing from anybody. The treatment of you Management Staff towards me at Star Ford Glendale, leaves me with little hope. THE 60k CAR YOU SOLD ME DOES NOT WORK!!! And I've given your Service Dept four Opportunities to fix it. This car has just over 4000 miles. At this point, even if your Service Dept said, "we found the root cause". I wouldn't believe them. WOULD YOU ALEX? REPLACE THE CAR PLEASE!!!

Updating to 2 stars since at least their diagnosis turned out to be correct in the end, it seems like. Still, the experience was absurd, and I strongly recommend staying away from their service center.
