Interested in a F150 raptor (3/22/2025). 2 35" raptor and 1 37" raptor in lot. Market adjustment added on top of the $92k msrp. Tough to trust the dealership still doing market adjustments.. possibly more CA issue than nationwide issue. Will be shopping out of state.

STAY AWAY!!! Ford should not allow this place to exist!! Both myself and my partner have Fords (I have a C-Max, he has a Mustang convertible) and we have both had a bunch of really bad experiences here. So after years I finally need to write a review to warn other people. Some of the things that have happened over the years : there was a recall from Ford, I came here to get it fixed. I'm very tardy writing this review, but I keep getting more and more angry as time passes. First, I went in about 2 years ago to buy out my lease. The finance guy said he was "throwing in the same warranty I had with my lease". Great. My total loan amount was about $3k more than I thought it would be - but it was my first time purchasing a car and maybe there were additional costs that I wasn't aware of? My son bought a used truck from a different seller and took it to Star Ford because white smoke was coming from the tailpipe the day after he bought it. The service department had him buy a new starter for $650, which we found out it did NOT need, and then told him he needed a new engine at a quote of $11,500 (which was almost the cost of the vehicle). DO NOT EVER COME HERE. The finance manager refused to help us do our lease return. He claimed the Ford return system was down just as we had come in. I called the DTLA Ford and it was confirmed that there was no systems down. Simply because this business was no longer going to profit from us they decided to not help us. Use caution when purchasing here.

My experience with Star Ford Glendale has been very disappointing. After multiple repairs for water pump failures, my vehicle is now facing an alternator failure. When I explained to my advisor that I believed this new issue could be related to the strain caused by the repeated water pump failures they repaired, the only option they offered was for me to pay for the repair out of pocket. As you may soon learn, at "Star" Ford Lincoln, your time is lost to some black hole of communication and accountability. Where it started: reasonable expectations and good vibes. My wife and I wanted to love this dealership. Beautiful backdrop, easy to access location where I hoped my service experience would be reasonably important to the team. Service department does sloppy work. On top of you being charged a lot, your vehicle ends up getting damaged from their carelessness. Rims got scratched in the process and trim got warped on their watch. Take photos of your vehicle beforehand and do not leave until you've inspected it thoroughly. You'd think for thousands of dollars their service would match what they charge. Head maintenance guy has no customer service skills and does not try to make it right. Do not recommend.
