I called yesterday because the display screen on my Mustang Mach-E is dead. I was told to bring the car in today at 3:30...I left my meeting early, drove 30 mins, waited 10 mins, only to be told they can't help me because "they've been working since 7:30 am" - ummmm and I was working since 7 am! And you wasted another hour of my life not honoring my appointment. If I left the car overnight they wouldn't give me a ride back. What shitty service for a regular customer of several years. Thanks Alex. It's been eight days and I'm still in, and paying for a 60k Lemon, and have heard nothing from anybody. The treatment of you Management Staff towards me at Star Ford Glendale, leaves me with little hope. THE 60k CAR YOU SOLD ME DOES NOT WORK!!! And I've given your Service Dept four Opportunities to fix it. This car has just over 4000 miles. At this point, even if your Service Dept said, "we found the root cause". I wouldn't believe them. WOULD YOU ALEX? REPLACE THE CAR PLEASE!!!

Updating to 2 stars since at least their diagnosis turned out to be correct in the end, it seems like. Still, the experience was absurd, and I strongly recommend staying away from their service center.
In early May we brought our car into Star Ford in Glendale, CA. Due to the check engine light, not extinguishing. It was there for four days and we paid over $300 for services that were not covered under our warranty. Apparently, there was a leak of the engine oil and they did a complete oil change and they said they had repaired the problem and the car was ready to be picked up. No me gustó el trato que me dieron aparte no me gustó que sólo por un estimado sólo por checar lo que iba a necesitar mi carro me Allan cobrado $280 son unos exagerados sólo por la visita le cobran mucho a las personas, no recomiendo ese Dealer
Interested in a F150 raptor (3/22/2025). 2 35" raptor and 1 37" raptor in lot. Market adjustment added on top of the $92k msrp. Tough to trust the dealership still doing market adjustments.. possibly more CA issue than nationwide issue. Will be shopping out of state.
STAY AWAY!!! Ford should not allow this place to exist!! Both myself and my partner have Fords (I have a C-Max, he has a Mustang convertible) and we have both had a bunch of really bad experiences here. I'm very tardy writing this review, but I keep getting more and more angry as time passes. First, I went in about 2 years ago to buy out my lease. The finance guy said he was "throwing in the same warranty I had with my lease". Great. My total loan amount was about $3k more than I thought it would be - but it was my first time purchasing a car and maybe there were additional costs that I wasn't aware of?
