We went this morning to take a look at a mustang Mach e and we found one that we really liked and we said okay we will come back in a couple hours to get the car we Just needed to get the money and the guy working there and his name was Andy Castaneda he said he will hold it until we come back and when we came back and he goes sorry I sold it to a different family so that is horrible customer service ford really needs to check who they hire

I was in the middle of talking to the service advisor and got put on hold for 7 minutes Called back and talked to another lady who was rude. Simply trying to schedule an appointment.

Do not get your vehicle serviced here!!! We dropped our 2021 F-150 off at Star Ford to get minor cosmetic work done. There was no communication for over 5 days and every time we called or texted to get an update, the service advisor was always out to lunch or had the day off. After not having a vehicle all week, we called on a Friday and we were told that we would be contacted by a manager, and they never gave us a call back. Left a detailed voicemail trying to schedule an appointment over a week ago and no one has bothered returning my call. Based on the other reviews it seems par for the course. If your admins can't handle basic scheduling then what can I expect from the rest of your team? You won't be getting my business anytime soon.

Thank you to my service advisor Christian for going above and beyond to assist in resolving the issue I had with my wheel locks. Unfortunately, few weeks ago I went to Star Ford Lincoln for an oil change. That day Seta Alexanian helped me with my service and unluckily whoever worked on my vehicle that day they forgot to put back my wheel lock back. Parts dep, no help at all, big line no parts personal, I been wanting for over 30 minutes for oil...! Why is the oil in the back and not on a counter like everywhere else.. Never again.

Worst experience EVER! Had an issue with our F150, and the manager was extremely condescending and rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Slow, bad customer service and poor communication. I took my convertible For Mustang to Star Ford Glendale because the roof was no longer retracting and it was letting in water. I was told it would be $250 just to diagnose the problem, and it would take a few days. While they were quick to message me and offer to buy my car, they were anything but when it came to fixing the problem. Horrible service from their sales manager Tyson. Insulted us by saying we wouldn't qualify for a loan even though we had good credit. Tyson needs to switch careers if he doesn't like customer service. If it weren't for the clients he wouldn't have a job.
