DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICES. They will: not update you keep your car for days and tell you it's in a line of a hundred cars to get looked at even though you made an appointment days ago Tip: try a larger service center and avoid having your car gone for weeks.

Avoid the service center here. I made an appointment to have a multi-point inspection done on my car for Saturday through their website days in advance. Fast forward to Saturday morning, I get to the place and when I tell the lady why I'm here, she tells me they don't do inspections during the weekend and to come back during the week. Not once on their website was I told vehicle inspections weren't done during the weekend. She told me I should've called instead. I wish i could give Star Ford Glendale service department minus 5 stars. Their automatic scheduling and phone system - not to mention their annoying "music" choices while you wait - are horrible. Over a period of several days Eddie Gonzales never gave me a status report, nor responded to texts or VM. When i tried t pick up my car when the service concluded I waited 3 hours with no information and eventually discovered they managed to kill the battery and the alternator because somebody couldn't figure out how to turn off the... read more

This has been my dealership for over 15 years , I know many of the workers by name and have had the great pleasure of working with some great salespeople to buy several of my cars here but there adre some people like ( Sam ) at service that need to learn how to be polite . Oh man it's understandable that there job keeps the busy but her attitude it's so poor . seriously someone like her shouldn't be working with costumes. speaks to you in such a condescending way that you just want to run away ..

Bullshit scam employees who took out information approved us then kept out information and said my identity wasn't correct. Went to social security office and it was fine. Then they led us on with lies and more approval and still wasn't approved in the end. Then the next day got a call saying we were. Then on the phone they said yes. But in person they said no. They took one look at us and judged us for our skin color. These employees were racist and rude. I don't understand what we did. These racist scammer employees wasted... read more

If you want to waste all your day (7 hours) for getting a car on lease while you have all your documents ready and a co signer but you want to end the day listening that you and your co signer is not approved (My Co signer has 790 credit score) then you can go to this dealer. At first they took our information and ssn, than ran our credit and after a while came back saying we are approved for the deal. It was the worst experience in my life. The Service Advisor was Seta Alexanian. First, she did not believe me that I an appointment. Secondly, she said she's never hear of a recall on my car. Thirdly, she left me waiting in my car for several minutes to confirm what I just told her. Fourth, she just stood there in front of my car like I can read her mind that I should get the hell out of my car so she can do whatever. I need to speak personally with Steve Bussjaerger about my recently purchased Mach E, which was taken in for a recall over 2 weeks ago and has not been running ever since. I want a new car replacement since your agency is not able to fix your mistakes; Call or respond immediately or I will call a "lemon lawyer" to handle this situation. I am 83 years old in poor health and don't want or need this headache.

this business is the worst i have ever dealt with. horrendous service, customer service, communication - the whole experience was a complete nightmare. do not go here for any reason!!!!!!!!!!!
