I can't seem to get anyone to return my call regarding my recall for 2021 Ford Explorer ST. They sent a technician to my work to confirm part needs replacement back in September of 2025. No follow up since. I've sent multiple emails to Jenny Pineda, no reply. I left a voicemail for service manager Manny to call me back on the 2/19/2026, no reply. Every time I call in I can't speak with anybody and I'm forced to leave a message. I doubt I'd buy a car from here again.

Seller Beware! Buyer Beware! Stock: P13168 I've had a new Ford since 2017, 3 in a row and almost made the mistake of getting a 4th from these guys. I was going to trade in a 2022 Bronco Sport, they started by grinding me on the equity of the trade so I decided to walk away from the brand altogether and sell them the car. Extremely disappointed with Star Ford dealership. This was a clear bait and switch situation. We were given specific numbers before running credit, agreed to the deal, and then once they ran the credit the price suddenly increased. That is misleading and completely unacceptable. You don't change the terms after someone agrees just because their credit was pulled. This feels dishonest and like a tactic to pressure customers once their credit has already been checked. This place is incredible. Should've read reviews before I came. Made an appt the night before with Justin to come next morning for 10am when they open because I told him I have to go to work but have just enough time to come and look at it for 30 minutes. Next morning I drove 40 miles + past Los Angeles, called to let them know I was on my way from Orange County and to have the car ready for me since I had to drive 50 miles back to work after. It's places like this that are why people HATE dealerships! I attempted to buy a used 2022 Mustang Mach-E GT (VIN ending 2119) from Star Ford Glendale at the $27,539 "Star Price" shown on their website. Since I'm ~400 miles away, I requested an out-the-door quote and to hold it with a deposit while I arranged a cashier's check and travel. Your service center needs to be reformed. Hire decent honest people instead of the ones you have. I'm reporting your dealership to the proper agencies and they'll hopefully do something to discipline your negligent owners & management.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICES. They will: not update you keep your car for days and tell you it's in a line of a hundred cars to get looked at even though you made an appointment days ago Tip: try a larger service center and avoid having your car gone for weeks.

Avoid the service center here. I made an appointment to have a multi-point inspection done on my car for Saturday through their website days in advance. Fast forward to Saturday morning, I get to the place and when I tell the lady why I'm here, she tells me they don't do inspections during the weekend and to come back during the week. Not once on their website was I told vehicle inspections weren't done during the weekend. She told me I should've called instead.
