I am very pleased with the service I get here for my car. Since the beginning, when I purchased my Expedition 2020. Martin Magallanes always makes sure I get my service done on time and promptly. He is on top and making sure my Expedition keeps running like new. I am very pleased and thankful for Martin Magallanes.

I had a great purchase experience of a new vehicle, all of which is owed to the sales person I worked with, Mark Aghili. I worked with him on and off for about 4 months as I awaited the arrival of the vehicle I wanted. Whether in person, over the phone, or via text, he was always very courteous, patient and considerate. I never once felt rushed or like he was trying to upsell me (any more than you would expect from someone who makes a living selling cars). Took my escape in for service. Excellent customer service! I was greeted nicely and was taken care of. I recommend Star Ford for all those Ford/Lincoln owners. If you ever need service assistance, I recommend Martin. He will hear you out and make sure everything Is taken care of.

The fact that I called Downtown Ford and they got back to me within 5 minutes says everything. They had a service tech pick up my car in less than an hour, completed the service the same day, sent me a full video of the work performed, and delivered the car back to me. That is how customer service should be done. Take notes. Meanwhile, you guys don't answer your phones for 4-5 days, make customers leave work early to wait at home for a no-show appointment, and only call afterward saying, "Sorry, can we schedule a pickup now... read more

I first chose Star Ford because of their reviews, but based on my experience, I would STRONGLY recommend staying away. The first time I brought my car in, communication was already poor. My vehicle sat outside in their lot for over four days, and when it was finally returned, it was covered in dust. I had dropped it off freshly washed, yet after servicing it, they didn't even have the courtesy to rinse it off or wipe it down. The second experience was even worse. Service dept is the worst, they put you on hold and never pick up. They tell you your part is on back order when the parts dept says they have it! DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Got a car 4 months ago and oil leak was observed until we got the car inspected. The dealership refused to cover the repair with unresonable claim that we may be the one who at fault. Unbelievably terrible service!

I had an appointment for Star Ford Lincoln mobile diagnostic on 03/17/2026. They didn't show up on time for the scheduled appointment or call to let me know if any delays. They showed up hours late and had to come out two different days. I was told Parts would be ordered for my display screen and never got a follow up phone call. They were supposed to do an update because my engine is making humming noises and needed an update. I can't even get an answer about that!! 2 days ago I negotiated a price for a 2025 Mach E with a salesman named Harry. He told me what the features were which included an all wheel drive. I bought it that day and two days later I found the paper which is usually taped to the window, folded up in the back seat. it said it was only a rear wheel drive. He was very clear to me it was an all wheel drive which is $4,000-$4500 more. So I am now paying an extra $100-$125/month more for 39 months for something it doesn't even have.
