Hi, I want to thank Martin at Star Ford Glendale for helping me with my 2014 Ford Explorer. Martin went above and beyond to take care of my concern with my sunroof that was not opening and closing. He addressed the recent Regional Program Notice 21R01 that I received. What I was most happy with was that he made sure that my waiting time was none to a minimum. Thank You, Abel Aleman

I am very pleased with the service I get here for my car. Since the beginning, when I purchased my Expedition 2020. Martin Magallanes always makes sure I get my service done on time and promptly. He is on top and making sure my Expedition keeps running like new. I am very pleased and thankful for Martin Magallanes.

I had a great purchase experience of a new vehicle, all of which is owed to the sales person I worked with, Mark Aghili. I worked with him on and off for about 4 months as I awaited the arrival of the vehicle I wanted. Whether in person, over the phone, or via text, he was always very courteous, patient and considerate. Took my escape in for service. Excellent customer service! I was greeted nicely and was taken care of. I recommend Star Ford for all those Ford/Lincoln owners. If you ever need service assistance, I recommend Martin. He will hear you out and make sure everything Is taken care of.

Our favorite Ford dealer, we just purchased our 3rd Ford vehicle . We've been a Ford Family for 20 years and the BEST Service Dept. Representative Eddie Gonzalez. He is the nicest person I've ever worked with with our cars. He is so attentive, kind, helpful and professional. Parts Department Review - I was recently looking for an broken interior part for my truck. When we first arrived, nobody said hello or let us know what to do or where to go. We waited in the car in the service line for awhile. We had to get out of the car and ask a lady standing behind the service glass door. . But her attitude was not welcoming and seemed like we were bothering her.
