I purchased my car from Carmax with 13,000 miles I bought the Maxi care extra protection but it also had factory warranty. I drove it 1500 miles brought it in because they were problems. They drove the car 1 mile and they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it the service there was poor extremely, I knew I was driving away with a car that had some issues going on and had they spent some time with it. I had the best experience here when my car was getting serviced this very helpful employee named Martin Magallanes is the best employee ever!! He helped me with all my needs, my car needed service and he came to my rescue and made sure I was fully taken care of, he did everything I did not even lift a finger he did it all!
