HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I've never experienced the amount of genuine kindness and honesty from any other service center. I was having trouble with an engine light on my focus and a few other issues with the acceleration. Manny from the service department kindly and patiently listened to my concerns. After speaking with one his mechanics, he was able to find the parts I needed AND scheduled me an appointment within 2 days! I brought my car in when the check engine light unexpectedly came on and without having an appt Manny the service manager and the team got me in immediately. They were so helpful and efficient! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks guys!

I brought my car in because I thought the battery was going out the technician quickly diagnosed it and it was a starter. They finished it up the same day, which was a very pleasant surprise. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely go back for all my car needs

I took my car in for service and like always I was greeted with a smile. Everyone was pleasant, professional and helpful. I feel comfortable leaving my car knowing I will get it back repaired properly as always. Five star is not enough to rate the service department. From purchasing and maintaining my car I'm looking forward for my next Lincoln purchase.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Star Lincoln since we purchased our Lincoln MKC. The Service Department staff has been incredibly outstanding as well as extremely diligent and professional at all times. We when take our SVU in to be service everything is checked and before any services are performed, we are always informed and quoted the fees, if there are any.
