I brought my car in because I thought the battery was going out the technician quickly diagnosed it and it was a starter. They finished it up the same day, which was a very pleasant surprise. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely go back for all my car needs

I took my car in for service and like always I was greeted with a smile. Everyone was pleasant, professional and helpful. I feel comfortable leaving my car knowing I will get it back repaired properly as always. Five star is not enough to rate the service department. From purchasing and maintaining my car I'm looking forward for my next Lincoln purchase.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Star Lincoln since we purchased our Lincoln MKC. The Service Department staff has been incredibly outstanding as well as extremely diligent and professional at all times. We when take our SVU in to be service everything is checked and before any services are performed, we are always informed and quoted the fees, if there are any. A huge shoutout to the Service Manager, Manny, at Star Ford Lincoln dealership in Glendale, CA. He always gives us outstanding service and goes above and beyond to take care of our vehicle. We have been dealing with Manny now for over 3 years. He is very professional and always extremally helpful. I would highly recommend talking your Ford or Lincoln vehicle to Star Ford Lincoln for service. You will not be disappointed.

I appreciate the high level of excellent customer service at Star Ford Lincoln and that's why I choose to drive to this location rather than the dealership closest to my home. My Ford Escape had a few issues and needed fixes, and the manager, Manny, and my service provider, Nelson, were both incredibly helpful and patient in making sure my car was taken care of in careful and timely fashion. I'd definitely go back to the again!

I purchased my car from Carmax with 13,000 miles I bought the Maxi care extra protection but it also had factory warranty. I drove it 1500 miles brought it in because they were problems. They drove the car 1 mile and they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it the service there was poor extremely, I knew I was driving away with a car that had some issues going on and had they spent some time with it. Maybe it wouldn't have be simple repair So I was done with Car Max repair. I refuse to pay their diagnostic fees ... read more
