I purchased my car from Carmax with 13,000 miles I bought the Maxi care extra protection but it also had factory warranty. I drove it 1500 miles brought it in because they were problems. They drove the car 1 mile and they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it the service there was poor extremely, I knew I was driving away with a car that had some issues going on and had they spent some time with it. Maybe it wouldn't have be simple repair So I was done with Car Max repair. I refuse to pay their diagnostic fees ... read more

I had the best experience here when my car was getting serviced this very helpful employee named Martin Magallanes is the best employee ever!! He helped me with all my needs, my car needed service and he came to my rescue and made sure I was fully taken care of, he did everything I did not even lift a finger he did it all! He's so amazing and helpful and cares about his clients! If you plan on coming here make sure to ask for Martin!

We used Star Ford from 2020-Dec 2022. We visited the service department at least 6 times over this period of time. This review is based almost entirely off of the service side, as we purchased the Ford prior to using this location and sold it at the end of 2022, but this location also factored into our decision to sell it and move on to another car brand, as well. My experience @ Star Ford in Glendale, CA was beyond exceptional. I placed an order for a 2022 Ford F-450 PLATINUM in- July 15, 2021 I received the truck in- Jan 14, 2022. After a 18 month wait! Yes 18 months!!! My truck was delivered. Star Ford kept their word from top to bottom. They had told me that MSRP price will stand, & it did. My sales person was Sasha / Manger Brian Evans. I manage a fleet of 13 vehicles and Star Ford's commercial accounts service team are on top of their game when it comes to keeping your fleet in top shape. Service centers are always busy amd Star Ford make it their top priority to get customers vehicles back out and on the road quickly. I can always count in Martin and Reno for expert advice and prompt service. I couldn't do it without them! Keep up the great work.
