After an hour and twenty minutes of waiting and no one told me my car was ready, I went and saw it back in the area I dropped it off and went to desk to check out. The lady couldn't find my car in the system or with papers. She then tried to give me keys to the wrong car. She asked who my agent was. I told her I didn't know, they just took the car. Finally a Jason came up with the papers after about 10 minutes or so and asked if I had received a text. I told him no.
Service lady was rude. Will not be going back. Received better service at Team Toyota in Glen Mills PA.
If I could give Price Toyota 0 stars I would do so. In the past they have been outstanding; this visit they totally ignored my concerns and sent me home with a basic instruction to read the owners manual. I will have all of my service done in the future at another Toyota dealership.
My 2003 Avalon with 74000 miles which I bought new has never been in a shop for anything but normal maintenance. Last week I opened the driver door and the handle fell off in my hand. I took it to Price Toyota. They messed up bigtime to the point where the door would no longer close. I was forced to put the window down and hold the car door closed with my left arm five miles in pouring rain returning home for dinner. Worst car experience ever!! Do not go to Price. I never will again . Great car
My car did not have these things done! On the 21st. Theres a few that are wrong reported to you. I picked up my permanent lisense plate that's it!!
Asked to see the car and they said it was not ready. They told me they would contact me as soon as it was ready. I got a text one week later saying they sold the car and was I interested in anything else. Don't go here!
received oil change and filter. filter was improperly installed causing loss of most of the synthetic oil. Did not discover oil loss until arrival at home. oil all over pavers on my driveway and in my garage. Price Toyota has been very apologetic and on top of correcting the problem. Car towed back to shop, oil replaced, and undercarriage cleaned. Still dealing with oil stained driveway but optimistic.
Nothing specifically states the correct recall was done.
Horrible experience. Talked to internet manager for four days. They knew I was coming to look at the car. After driving an hour to find out they sold it and lied saying they tried to call me.
