have to take it back for service
I bought my car only 1 month ago and have already had to take it in for service 3 times. The Service Keyless Starter Engine Light still comes on.
Never made it in. Sat 4 days. Called Monday at 745 told me it was going in for oil change I arrived around and it never got in.
Bad service. they did not do what i asked
poor and rule service attendance.
The service was not good. After paying for my car for pick-up no one in the Service Area nor my car. I had to go back in side and let the personnel at service counter know what was going on. Someone came out took a look and couldn't believe it. When she managed to locate the technicans they marched out all together. Everyone was on break at the same time. Not good service.
They put me in their service schedule the same day. Was not really happy regarding the cost of the service performed and the way the service order was written up.
Never found the problem with my Ford
The coupons they provided were not working and nobody bothered to contact a manager to fix the problem so that the coupons were honored. The service was provided to my 18 year old son who didnt know to request a manager
