Tires were not rotated per 5000 mile service.
Whats was needed was done. However I dont appreciate deception to try and get me to pay for services I dont need.
Overpriced for services performed and they kept my car overnight.
Service was okay but not quite good. After being informed that I had just replaced the cabin filter recently the tech replaced it anyway with a filter that was of lesser quality. Had to return to the service center and have them reinstall my filter.
My Venza was running great before injector and throttle body cleaning. I was getting 25 mpg @70 mph on the highway, 19 - 20 mpg overall. Now getting 19.5 mpg highway @ 70mph. Overall city average is about the same. I don't know if this maintenance was necessary since there were no issues prior to service.
Service technician did not refill all fluids
They just jumped right thru my car. Everything was green tire pressure brakes and tires tried werent even checked
