How was my experience? Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in my life. So awful to the point where Price lost a nearly 15 year, loyal customer as a result of poor management and angry, untrained staff. Im still waiting for a call back from Guy Weiner. If I could end my lease now and take my business to Newark Toyota, I would. My original salesman passed away (Larry) who always made sure I was taken care of. Price Toyota has changed.
Fast and thorough but they send never ending requests for ratings reviews. Very annoying even after I unsubscribe.

Service department is great. The sales dept experience was not fun. I declined buying a vehicle from them in the used car section.
They broke my car on purpose to make me fix there never back there go to other toyota dealers in Delaware
The service was good but the prices were overpriced in my opinion. $720 for brakes & oil change & still dont think I needed front brakes.

Horrible horrible horrible! 1:Got a leaking oil filter and had to take it back to be checked and replaced 30miles.2:They put the wrong oil type in my car 5w-20 my car manual and oil cover clearly says 5W-30 and that's what I've been using for the last 10 years.3: They reported a wrong odometer reading of 48 instead of 148 and of course CARFAX now shows on it's file as "mileage inconsistency" which allegedly they say they fixed but I doubt because it still shows on my end. Should I continue?
