The rubber seal around my 2019 Highlander tailgate was supposed to be re-glued. I was told it was repaired. The rubber seal failed completely the next day when I opened the automatic tailgate.

You left one of the tire caps off. Driving in the cold I lost a lot of air from that tire. On 2 hr trip had to stop and put air in it as tire light came on

I asked for 100K mile service and the windshield sticker showed oil change due. No oil change was done. I had to get that done separately myself. Not happy. Be VERY specific with these folks.

They always take too long. It's always takes about 2 to 3 hours to do a basic service.

I reached out to this location to purchase a vehicle and initially received an automated response. I replied with a follow-up question, but no one responded for several days. After reaching out again, Deborah was kind enough to contact me and answer my question; however, by that point, the SUV had already been sold.
