I change my transmission oil here at Price Toyota. Just for transmission oil exchange this is a good place for toyota, scion, lexus owner since toyota ATF is much better on a toyota vehicle than other brands. Also I purchased Toyota super long life coolant and drill and refill by myself.
The price was $30 higher than my first estimate given when I made my appt and about $15 more than the higher estimate when I dropped it off and the oil was not the manufacturers recommended. I think I will go elsewhere from now on

Asked if I had the filter for the battery was checked at the 40k, said it keeps the battery cool and cheaper than replacing battery. Dug a little further turns out it's a new thing they're doing so obviously it wasn't done. All they did was use compressed air to clean. For $130 they should have replaced the filter. Went home checked my RAV4. One screw on a panel on the back seat, filter was relatively clean. Used a vacuum to suck out the dust. Took 15 min max. Rip off. Will go to a different dealer from now on. Was told a maintence item showed minimal wear, then the service invoice documented it was severe. service manager appeared to push for expensive repairs without any information to support her suggestions. Got home and call service manager was unsupportive and scheduled us for another service in 2 weeks. Not satisfied with this service.

Ok, it was long . I was unable to utilize the Uber/Lyft transportation since i left 2 miles outside of the range limits now
