I'm writing this review in hopes no one else has the experience I've had and so that MB can address the issues with their site. I took my c-230 in to have the rear-side window replaced. They did replace the window, but in doing so pulled the lining loose on a section. When I pointed it out, I was ignored. I reported them to the BAR, and they even agreed that it was the dealerships fault, but still refused to fix it. (The BAR cannot force them, but when too many complaints are not fixed, they pull their license). Their excuse? It's a 20 year car. Took my car in for maintenance 9/13 at that time I also inquired about replacing a part that they had to order (nothing to do with the maintenance part) The guy Jarred quoted me 1200.51 total for parts and labor, my husband and I agreed and also paid up front that morning as you can see in the transaction posted on the pics with date and time! So left the car there and my husband picked it up at 5pm that day and paid the balance for the maintenance performed which was 1092.27 as you can see in the pic, mind you the guy Jarre... read more

This is the most rude dealership I have ever been to. There customer service is complete shit. The assistant manger Brian was no help doesn't even explain anything wrong with my car. When I tried asking him more questions about my car he just ignored me, most definitely will never be coming back to this shitty ass dealership.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Brought in our car for warranty work again and had the worst experience. They never notified us that the car was ready for pickup and John in service was very rude on top of it all. They drove the car for over a 1000 miles and the gas tank was 1/2 a tank less than when it was dropped off. All they did was reset the computer as their fix. This is the second time dropping it off for this issue. I will be be getting rid of this vehicle and never come to this dealer ever again

I am so disappointed, first let me say I thought I could trust this dealership. One of my cars that I was purchasing a couple of years ago this dealership found out that it was in an accident and the other dealership did not disclose it to me. This is why I was giving this dealership my business (BIG mistake). They called me and said that they had the car that I was looking for. I live an hour away from the dealership so they said they would let me know when I can be on my way after they do their (inspection) of the vehicle!... read more

If you have the opportunity to use ANY OTHER MB deal and service center - do it. The Bakersfield branch has been the worst experience I've ever encountered. The service techs don't keep notes or speak to each other. I should've known there would be a problem when they called to tell me I missed my appointment while they were in possession of my car for the last two hours. Brian - the service manager - is of absolute no help. Unorganized sounds right. Rude staff. Never again will I use them. Worst ever.

Here is my issue with this Mercedes Service. They stated that they don't offer shuttle service due to Covid protocols, however I have yet to see anyone actually following Covid protocols or wearing a mask. That is my only issue with the service here.

Most un organized place no one knows anything. Service girl is rude as can be . The guy who was suppose to be here to help us no one knows where he is who he is . If you have a Mercedes' I'd go some where else other then here. To UNORGANIZED. We had to take our Mercedes' to a different place this place charged me 2 hr labor. 380. Just to look at transmission. And they have t given us our cash back that they said they had to have CASH only. And to top it off the other place said they even put old fluid back which was w... read more
