I just bought a used Acura TSX wagon from Mercedes Benz of Bakersfield on Jan 11, 2014. I have never experienced such a high level of professionalism and efficiency in any dealership with whom I've done business. I do believe Mercedes of Bakersfield does price gouging and they also replace your brakes with a lower grade and not a good quality brakes within the last two years I've had my brakes changed three times and it's always the same situation each time I get my brakes done about two weeks later they start squeaking. I take them back to them. They say no problem. I take it back again no problem. Next thing I know all you need is rotors. Be very careful when accepting a loaner vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Bakersfield. My mom took her car in for routine maintenance and was given a loaner vehicle. After returning it, she was charged over $1,200 for a very small scratch on the front bumper that I was not even aware had happened. I'm attaching photos so people can see exactly what I'm referring to. The mark is extremely minor, yet the charge was over $1,200. The worst customer service I-have been. From the sale manager to the service manager all the way down they have zero experience. It is a shame to even waste your time with those people.

My 96 yr old mother has been bringing her car into the service dept for almost 25 yrs. Its an old car but she has been given the runaround and taken advantage. She has spent close to $10k in repairs on a car worth a mere 5k tops. They replaced her car battery 2x in less than a year and had the nerve to charge her for the 2nd battery when it should have been under warranty. Deeply dissatisfied and disappointed that a "reputable" business would take advantage of a 96 yr old frail woman. Shame.

John the service manager & Carly one of the service advisors are extremely rude and refuse to accommodate me after returning my vehicle they held onto for 5 days in awful shape , the service team failed to properly put the vehicle back together correctly and now buttons don't work on my car and I am left with a mess wouldn't not recommend getting your vehicle Serviced here they are not confident in what they do and will not take any accountability for their workers mistakes
