John the service manager & Carly one of the service advisors are extremely rude and refuse to accommodate me after returning my vehicle they held onto for 5 days in awful shape , the service team failed to properly put the vehicle back together correctly and now buttons don't work on my car and I am left with a mess wouldn't not recommend getting your vehicle Serviced here they are not confident in what they do and will not take any accountability for their workers mistakes

i visited the Sangera Mercedes Dealership last weekend in order to view/drive a new SUV and inquire about lease deals. I currently own an older Mercedes C Class and it has served me well, so it would make sense to check into a new one. don't buy Mercedes. When you go to them they tell you we covered this and that and when you buy any vehicle from them and they get money they give a fuck and sales person tell you different story service person different story either way you have to pay so don't buy I give them one star because I have to post

If I could give this a one star I would. I took my car in because the piston was cracked and now I don't have a functioning car. The warranty not only wants me to pay $7,500 for the engine to be pulled and see what causes this crack when this piston is a lemon. Warranty does cover engine issues and now doesn't want to cover the piece of the engine that is not allowing my car to run properly. They are running a scam with loaner cars. They do a lame walk around, say everything is good, but when I returned he not only took my copy of the paperwork for the walk around but tried to claim I damaged the car. There were two scuffs on the rubber below the bumper that were there when I got the car. I don't know how anyone could have done that. It's below the bumper.
