I purchased the cls550 and it is AWESOME!!! Great power!!! The service was above and beyond good. I came in to the store during closing and was unaware that the store was closed. The store stayed open and went over everything with me without rush. When I picked up the car the next morning I found out that the store was closed however they did not mind helping me. Overall quality. How can you expect to get warranty work and not provide a rental for said work. Very disappointing service.

The worst customer service I-have been. From the sale manager to the service manager all the way down they have zero experience. It is a shame to even waste your time with those people.

My 96 yr old mother has been bringing her car into the service dept for almost 25 yrs. Its an old car but she has been given the runaround and taken advantage. She has spent close to $10k in repairs on a car worth a mere 5k tops. They replaced her car battery 2x in less than a year and had the nerve to charge her for the 2nd battery when it should have been under warranty. Deeply dissatisfied and disappointed that a "reputable" business would take advantage of a 96 yr old frail woman. Shame.
