My husband and I was amazed we had a excellent sales consultant Phillip Ramirez in assisting us with our 2017 Mercedes Benz. Phillip is not like other sales consultants who just want to make a sale. I had a great experience purchasing a new 2017 Mercedes Benz SUV from this dealership. Phil Turley is very knowledgeable but does not overwhelm customers with information. The first thing he did was determine what I liked and didn't like about my former C-class sedan. He was able to recommend some options for my consideration in upgrading my vehicle. Outstanding service with John Hoffman and the service dept. Had my RV towed from lost Hills by a tow company refered by the dealership and I was in the service dept 10min before closing time and Mr Hoffman stayed late to get me checked in. the very next day I get a call from John with an estimate of repairs that was submitted to my ins co. I had little hope these damages wouldbe covered and I was prepared to personally cover the cost. Surinder and Sam Awa over at Mercedes of Bakersfield are amazing. I have purchased two vehicles in the past couple months from this dealership and I have nothing but praise for them. No pressure sales, easy financing, great service and wonderful vehicles. An experience like no other dealership provides.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about this place.. Jennifer Peoples was my sales rep and she was just amazing! I had gotten there quite late (an hour before closing time on a Sunday) but throughout the whole process she did show any signs of annoyance or anything. She was super helpful and friendly the whole time and so was everyone else who had to stay an hour and a half past closing time just for us (sorry!). I believe my financial person was named Craig? I stopped an looked at vehicle and I was greeted by Campbell. He was very polite and not pushy at all. The experience was great I was in and out in the matter of a few hours. The finance department worked fast and we were able to get the deal done and I was able to go on my way.
