Just bought my first mercedes at Sangera. Javier was my sales man and he was awesome. The fastest salesman worker I've ever work with. He got the deals done in matter of mins. Compared to working with others you'd wait 20+mins. He's very informative and knowledgeable on his cars. And still to this day I can send a text and him reply in less than a min with my answer. Trust me when I say you will be happy with him and his service is great.

Just bought a Kia Sorento as a Mercedes Benz dealership. Was treated like a star, even though I clearly bought the most inexpensive car on the lot. The Kia was in fantastic shape. Dhillon was my sales rep from the time I found the car online and he was attentive, followed up, and patient while my wife and I asked a million questions. Outstanding service with John Hoffman and the service dept. Had my RV towed from lost Hills by a tow company refered by the dealership and I was in the service dept 10min before closing time and Mr Hoffman stayed late to get me checked in. the very next day I get a call from John with an estimate of repairs that was submitted to my ins co. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about this place.. Jennifer Peoples was my sales rep and she was just amazing! I had gotten there quite late (an hour before closing time on a Sunday) but throughout the whole process she did show any signs of annoyance or anything. She was super helpful and friendly the whole time and so was everyone else who had to stay an hour and a half past closing time just for us (sorry!). I believe my financial person was named Craig?
