Love our Mercedes hate the service department, might as well go to pep boys. If you don't have a 100000 dollar car they treat you like crap I will try bmw next time.

It was time to return my MB lease, so I got to work with the "End of Lease person", Nick S. At first he seemed very helpful & concerned- giving me nice assurances & same BS that used car salesmen say everyday. Prior to returning this car, he "advised me to just get any cheap tires to replace my bald tires so I won't pay for the penalty". THE WORST SERVICE EVER! these are the rudest people and really using the Word SERVICE in the same sentence is an INJUSTICE TO THE WORD. Put it this way Instead of dealing with them will drive 100 miles to the next Mercedes dealership .. Brian the sales manager Ya RIGHT! NOT .. THE WORST. Really bad customer service. Had my car towed early in the am before they opened due to a flat I had on highway 5 around 4am when headed to LA from SF. Had my car towed to the Dealership at approx. 7am before they opened. 1 service manager was there when I arrived. 10 minutes later, another manager walked in. I then waited in the cold for over 45 minutes while the two service managers checked in they're offices, eating they're gourmet BK breakfast, observing me as they sat at their desk, while I was outside shivering on thei... read more

In July of 2016 my wife and I traded in a 2013 Honda Accord Sport for a 2005 Corvette from Mercedes of Bakersfield. The Honda was in perfect condition the Corvette was beautiful. I traded in a car with no problems expecting to buy a car with no problems. I was greatly mistaken. I was told that the Corvette had not been wrecked come to find out it had been in a wreck after Mercedes supposed hundred and fifty Point check the car was sold with cracked rotors transmission oil leaks and missing key locks for entry. I tried to purchase a car thru Mercedes-Benz of Bakersfield and gave them a week to do a dealer trade. They were not able to get the job done so I was forced to buy out of state and ship the car into Bakersfield. I asked Mercedes-Benz of Bakersfield to show me how to work a few of the cars options and they refused (I even offered to pay for the instruction time). I guess my multiple car purchases and thousands in service bills didn't amount to enough to show me how to use the cruise-control. The sales man from Mercedes B... read more

Walked in to buy a car a few months ago and walked right back out because of the customer service. Drove out to LA and bought from another Mercedes dealership. Today I took my car in for an oil change at 2pm. Service clerk practically stood seated until I had walked all the way up to his door. Left my car and was shuttled back to work, was told it would be a "couple of hours" and they'll call me when it was done. If you don't want to read my entire rant, I'll summarize. - horrible, incompetent customer service - subpar facility for a Mercedes dealership - they did the job I needed, but anyone can do that at a much lower price. Glad I didn't pay anything (recall) - hoodies and jeans scare salesmen - loaner cars are for new purchases only. I needed a simple recall on my Volvo. The service department is shared with Mercedes. It's unfortunate that I have to even write a review like this one. I dropped off my car on February 2, 2015 for a suspension problem, I was quoted $8500 and two weeks my car would be ready unfortunately we are now in July and my car not only was not completed but returned to me in worse condition than what I turned it in.
