Service was great with Phillip well purchasing my car after I got my car I had some issues with it and I felt like I just kept dicked around communication was horrible never called or texted back I had to keep calling or physically go down there to get anything to happen which was not cool! But enelded up getting everything fixed and done thanks to Roy in service department he gets 5 stars thanks Roy!

Just because you do not purchase a Mercedes-Benz through them, their service department refuses to honor the Premier warranty plan or factory warranty and wants to scam us out of $450 for a diagnostic fee charge up front before the service appointment is set. It’s pretty bad that I have to go all the way to Valencia for service/repairs Pathetic

DO NOT HAVE your CAR SERVICED AT SANGERA MERCEDES. They are less than truthful and when you question their actions you are called a liar. Brian and Michelle in the service department will tell you what you want to hear to get your business and then do the opposite. Disgusting customer service.
I bought my MB CLA 250 from your dealership a couple of months ago. I was enticed by the very nice car that I bought and I was able to get a good car. I would say that your sales team is pretty amazing. But the post market service beginning with your free car washes that only takes in a limited number of vehicles in a very narrow time window is really terrible. I purchased a Sprinter van this past March. I chose the Mercedes over other competitors because I like the way the vehicle drove and was impressed with the features my van has. It is a dream to drive, However I have not been impressed with the service issues that I have had to deal with so early on.
