I was hoping I wouldn't feel the need to write a scathing review about my experience at your dealership. I had dropped off my S class for a simple service that went poorly resulting in me not getting my vehicle two days after my drop off. The service manager helped me out and made it all better and I was very pleased with the outcome and was happy and ready to take the other 4 Mercedes we have there for future services and business. Talking to the girls that make appointments is like pulling teeth. I really wish you could do this online or try to hire people who are more intelligent and less annoying. I deal with morons every time I call and deal with front desk in person. Rest of the place is fine

They have the worst costumer service. I brought my car in for an airbag call in and waited several hours just for them to say they don't have the right airbags. Then as I was waiting for 15-20 minutes just for them to ask if I have been helped. Horrible costumer service all around.

I feel I could reach out to let you know about my experience and concerns I have after my visit to have my car serviced. On Friday, June 14, I arrived at my scheduled service appointment at 8:30 AM. The service advisor, Bryan Brown, checked me in and said he would let the service team know I would be waiting at the dealership to get the service finished as fast as possible. you guys gotta step up on customer service. the service manager needs to ask employees why theres a problem with my friends car instead of trying to cover up and finding reasons why it couldnt have been them saying the camera is outdated. he's really upset he has a new dent on his car and you guys wont do anything about it. now thats gonna be over $300 out his pockets when your company couldve easily fixed it.

took my car for an airbag recall on may 14 2:58pm, dropped it off everything was going good and i thought the service was good. up until i got my car back and noticed they washed it. my cars paint looked and felt dry as if they used a degreaser. i had a dent on my driver door that i know wasnt there. hoffman the service consultant didn't want to show me video tapes of my car when i dropped it off and said the camera thats pointing where my car was isnt working. In stark contrast to our past experiences with Mercedes, the last three or four visits my wife and I were subjected to: - The person at the service reception desk aggressively berating a janitor/caretaker in front of customers because a snack at the bar was running low. - Dropping our car off to have the transmission looked at, only to receive it back four hours later stating the transmission mechanic is not at work today. - The person at the service reception desk yelling about another employee, continually, for more than 3... read more

The whole service department is unprofessional and very unhelpful. I asked the service advisor (Bryan) when dropping off my AMG for warranty repairs, to inspect my car for a high performance driving event which he said he would do. I had given him a form to fill out by their technician, which he said he would be sure to have done since last time I had requested an inspection, it was not done.
