Very unprofessional and they most definitely do not keep their word regardless of any paper form offer they've given. I had gone in to get an offer on my Mercedes as requested in the email I received and as I went in they gave me an offer but since I was not sure if I wanted to accept the offer I left but was given a 7 day offer availability meaning that the offer that was given to me the day I went in would not expire until 7 days from then.... I was communicating with a salesperson regarding purchasing a vehicle that was available. I was also instructed to send copy of registration as well as pictures of my trade in. I kept very close communication with him and was pretty much guaranteeing that I would purchase the car. I made an appt and the evening before I was to drive 3 hours to buy the car I got a phone call from him saying he was sorry but the car just sold. Unbelievable and so unlike a Mercedes Dealership. When I hear of Mercedes-Benz, I instantly think of luxury, expensive, and high end cars. Luxury should come with best customer service. Well, that's not what we received on Friday (9/10). Alica Vincent from the Parts Department instructed my husband to bring our car to their shop to get an estimate for a passenger side mirror. (FYI: our passenger side mirror is completely damaged). Ok I already posted a bad review for other reasons but 2 weeks ago I got my oil change which Alfred my service advisor assured me included topping off all fluids. Now I get a warning light that my windshield wiper fluid is low. I wonder if they even changed my oil! I'm going to another dealer next time...

These people deserve a negative 6 stars they should be embarrassed to represent the brand Mercedes they are rude to their customers as well as you wait all day for them to check or service your car they don't even offer you to get a loaner car if you want one you have to ask for one and most of the time they are always booked. I think they have like 4. Also after they service your car they wash it but it is like if they washed it with degreaser because it looks dull and sticky which makes your paint job look horrible and the... read more

They rarely answer the phone and all the workers are rude and don't like to help if you don't visibly have a lot of money. Really uncomfortable to get dirty looks or talked down to because I don't drive a brand new car. They also try to take advantage of you and charge you more than you need. Obviously lol. My key stopped working and I had to get it towed to Sangera and they refused to let me leave the car there, I had to pay to tow it back. I have had the worst experience ever with Mercedes. I purchased a brand new Mercedes AMG and less then a month it broke down. Had to do a lemon lawsuit buyback and was misinformed by local management that I was clear to purchase a new vehicle. Wrong, I had to pay Mercedes to buy my broke down vehicle back and then pay for a new vehicle. Service department will not try and help, management will not return phone calls, Mercedes USA is even worse. Never again!!

Horrible sales department. I had my time throughly wasted by Joel Villagomez and Campbell Cameron. I was nothing but pleasant to both of them, they were supposed to get back to me regarding some figures, and instead of bothering to contact me in any way, I received the proverbial middle finger in return via unreturned voicemails, emails, and texts. BEWARE of terrible customer service and Theft! ZERO STARS!!! First, let me start by saying I've never written a review on any company before -good or bad.
