I've been a loyal customer of this dealership for quite some time, but lately, it's not living up to what it once was. I've had my car serviced here multiple times without any issues until now. I recently ordered a brand new vehicle. Whoever is running the front desk needs to be reassessed. The lady I interacted with set up my appointment without any prior discussion with me. don't buy Mercedes. When you go to them they tell you we covered this and that and when you buy any vehicle from them and they get money they give a fuck and sales person tell you different story service person different story either way you have to pay so don't buy I give them one star because I have to post

If I could give this a one star I would. I took my car in because the piston was cracked and now I don't have a functioning car. The warranty not only wants me to pay $7,500 for the engine to be pulled and see what causes this crack when this piston is a lemon. Warranty does cover engine issues and now doesn't want to cover the piece of the engine that is not allowing my car to run properly. They are running a scam with loaner cars. They do a lame walk around, say everything is good, but when I returned he not only took my copy of the paperwork for the walk around but tried to claim I damaged the car. There were two scuffs on the rubber below the bumper that were there when I got the car. I don't know how anyone could have done that. It's below the bumper. Apparently someone at Mercedes scratched it, somehow, and decided to blame it on a customer. They said it would cost over $800 to repair it. I refused to pay ... read more

Zero stars. Please read my Google review for the sister store Sangera Subaru. You won't ever go there again. And don't let anyone you know go to these disreputable dealerships either. They are the worst!

Sangera Mercedes is the definition of bad service. My family had a blown tire on our way to Modesto from Los Angles last Saturday in our EQS 580. Our car was towed to this Bakersfield dealership and the service department told us a new tire needed to be ordered and we would not get the car back till Monday. The service person informed us since we were not their customer we would not get a loaner vehicle. We have a two year old baby with no way of getting back home and were stranded. I was very hesitant to call this dealership after reading all the reviews but I did because is the only one in Bakersfield (we recently moved here) I called to schedule an appointment for a RECALL notification and I was told that if you didn't buy your car there or haven't stablished a relationship with that specific dealer you would not be provided with a LOANER...
