I purchased a Subaru from Moe at the Mercedes dealer, he was kind, didn't pressure me, respected all of the questions that I asked. Drove by real quick and noticed a beautiful BMW 3 series on the lot. Stopped and from the get go my salesman Lupe was there to answer any questions I had.....from the test drive he was very professional and not pushy on me signing anything. I told him what I was willing to pay for the car and right away he went to bat for me. I drove it home the next morning having paid $500 less than what I said I would pay. Ask for Lupe, he's a cool guy and you can tell he loves his job so you'll get his best every time.

I contacted John Hoffman for a transmission service for my SL63 and was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We spoke for sometimes because I found out we use to live a block from each other. The service was completed within the time promised. I've been browsing Cargurus & autotrader for the past few months looking for an Acura TSX Wagon. I had to expand my search within a 200 mile radius around the city Las Vegas. Just bought my first mercedes at Sangera. Javier was my sales man and he was awesome. The fastest salesman worker I've ever work with. He got the deals done in matter of mins. Compared to working with others you'd wait 20+mins. He's very informative and knowledgeable on his cars. And still to this day I can send a text and him reply in less than a min with my answer. Trust me when I say you will be happy with him and his service is great.
