I've had some issues over the years with mechanical problems with my two cars I've purchased from MB of Bakersfield, but I am really grateful for everything John Hoffman in the service department has done to help me and for his professionalism. I would most definitely say we were taken great care of by Mercedes Benz of Bakersfield. Raphael was our salesman, and he is very kind and genuine and helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him or from this dealership. Look nowhere else...! This is absolutely the best place to purchase/lease your dream MB/AMG...! I originally leased a GLE 43 AMG with this dealership more than a year ago and traded that vehicle for a GLS 63 AMG in another out of town dealership. The new GLS 63 had an engine malfunction at 843 miles, which caused an engine total power failure and had to be repurchased by MB USA. Had a great experience with Joel and Paula from Sangera Automotive. Went to the Mercedes Benz in Fresno to purchase my car, however I got extremely rude service and so I drove the same day to Bakersfield to buy my first Mercedes. This was many years ago. Now I'm going on my 5th Mercedes and each time, they provide stellar service. I wouldn't want to work with any other car salespeople. You guys rock!

Went looking for a car on Monday, we looked at a Nissan Pathfinder, a Mitsubishi, and a Honda Pilot (2013). I test drove the Pathfinder and it was good it was a 4x4 pretty cool but a little Pricey for us... My wife went over to look at the Mitsubishi with our sales person Paula Arrellano. The Mercedes service is outstanding, run by lead advisor John Hoffman! Thanks to his expertise and diagnostics, my 11 year old GL 450 with a ton of miles on it, now runs like an efficient Grumman jet! I have to set the speedometer so I don't break the speed limit because it feels like I'm going 40 when I'm doing 70! So quiet and smooth without a bump like a new car!
